I went to rent a tool and was pleased at how easy it was to do the rental. The associate was very kind and helpful.

The first associate I asked did not know what a float was but she quickly asked another associate who knew exactly what it is and where to find it. Who says women don't know anything about building materials, supplies, etc.

Associates were very helpful in guiding me to the product I needed. One associate helped me with a measuring tape immediately when I asked for one. Once I picked out the item I needed, another employee named Nestor was very helpful in cutting the foam board that I needed in six equal pieces. He was very efficient and joyful about his job. The cashier, Jennifer, was very nice, greeting me with a pleasant smile. I was very happy with how quickly I was in and out of the store and how much the associates assisted me. It was a real team effort on their part. Thank you! Shopping can be very stressful but this time it was very pleasant.

I'm a single 50 something woman with several projects on the horizon and lots of hurdles and questions. I hit the power equipment isle first. The Associate helped me by figuring out how to disconnect a faulty pressure washer hose from the good nozzle and find a replacement. He spent at least 30 minutes with me as we tackled the finer points of disconnecting them from each other. I would never have been strong enough to do it. He got it and literally hooked me up with a new hose and handle and attached the old pressure nozzle for me. :) Another Associate listened to me for 15 minutes as I described a crazy, complicated paint & lighting project and recommend the right paints for the job. I felt that he really listened and shared my vision. Everyone went above and beyond for me. I was very impressed.

The associates in my store were very helpful. Very happy with my visit.

The store is conveniently located near community workshop Hackerspace Charlotte. It is one of our places to pick up supplies for laser cutting and CNC machining for our members projects. The staff is always helpful and store is always well lit and clean.

The associate was as helpful and knowledgable as could be and did everything within his power to assist me. Unfortunately, the product line available was over priced, and of poor quality. The store was poorly stocked.

The Wendover Home Depot is a clean, well organized and very helpful associates that are easy to locate and knowledgable. I've never had to stand in a line more than 4-5 minutes, even on a Saturday. If you need to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars on a project that you are building, the Wendover Home Depot is worth the drive. I feel much better spending my money at this Home Depot than any other Home Depot in Charlotte NC. because of the friendly and knowledgable associates.

This store is the best. Associates are great and very helpful. They are always friendly and pleasant. They go over and beyond the call of duty. The smiles on their faces are contagious. I find that this store is very easy to navigate through. Even if you have trouble finding something, the associates are more than willing to assist and if they don't know the answer- they will find someone that does. I highly recommend this store to anyone. It is fantastic.

I have been shopping at this store for 15 years, and every time I walk out of the store I tell myself I will never come back. If it were not so convenient to my home, I wouldn't. The store needs to be re-organized, the aisles meed to be more open and MUCH more bright, and they apparently need to hire more staff. HD prices are great once you can find the product you are looking for, but sometimes the location and price are not enough. I have been waiting all these years for them to improve this store, but that is clearly not going to happen, so I am willing to drive an extra mile or two for a better shopping experience at Lowes or Blackhawk.

The associate was very helpful and had knowledge of the store as well as my product. She was helpful and if she wasn't sure about something she found out quickly by just making a simple phone call. She made my experience of purchasing such a large and costly product easy and confident to purchase.

Store was easy to get to, clean, and well organized. Trip was made better by the associate that assisted us. She was friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful with the appliances we requested and guided us through the purchase and follw up. We'll be back to this store.

You had a vendor selling water purification systems. I inquired about the product. They came out and gave me a review of my water condition. It was extremely expensive. It was badly represented, and they tried to cover it up by giving you a vacation trip. First of all, you should be selling, your vendors water purification systems you have in the store. I ended up going to Lowe's @ Hwy 73 & Hwy 16, to purchase a water purification system. It was last than a 1000.00, and brought my numbers down to a perfect level. I am very pleased. The sore manager was not very sympathetic about the issue I had. I trusted the store and thought it was very unprofessional.

I was happy to have products returned hassle free and without my lost receipt. In return, I was glad to purchase the right products and come in again. I am remodeling my home for sale or rental, therefore, I am pleased to shop at Home Depot because of their prices, professionalism and customer services.
