The paint people know how to get the paint color right...was at the home depot off of 51 about a year ago...and the paint was mixed with too much pink....

I have always had excellent help and cheerful people to wait on me. I really like the garden shop with their beautiful, plentiful, and super helpers. The whole store gets a five star rating!! I have been shopping at the Home Depot on Wendover Road ever since they opened. Right now, they are doing some renovations.

Great store in a convenient location. I had a great experience recently when ordering some custom shutters for a project. Everything was easy and smooth.

The store employee David was extremely helpful to me in my recent DIY project. I showed him my plans and he help me design what I needed to get done. And then he spent an hour helping me cut and thread pipes. Even went as far as to walk me over to a different part of the store so I’d buy the right screws. He is amazing!

Everyone is friendly & knowledgeable at this store...always courteous and wanting to help. All retailers ought to follow their lead! Legit returns are never a problem.

Overall employees were more attentive, we shopped in different departments and in each everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products. My mother and I originally came by to get some plants for the yard, but ended up in Doors/Windows to see what Security Doors the store had available for purchase. Although the store did not have the exact door that was offered online, Bruce took the time to call the manufacturer about a similar model and also priced each door with the multiple options and colors we had chosen. He also fully explained each step of the process to installation.

I had pretty much the worst customer service experience of my life at this store, from no less than the store manager, Jessica. We had had a large order delivered to our house approx a month ago, and 3 small items were missing, totaling about 5% of the total order value. We had called the delivery company who admitted those items were never on their paperwork, and advised us to contact the store where we had purchased (and already paid for) the items. We contacted the store, who told us to contact the delivery co. We proceeded to get the run around for the next 3 weeks until someone at the store customer service desk (who was helpful) told us he would try to resolve the issue that week and if he couldn't, to come back the following week and we would be refunded for the 3 missing items. When we returned we had the displeasure of encountering Jessica at the customer service desk, who didn't listen to our story or look up the order number, she simply told us that she couldn't and wouldn't help us and to call the delivery co. I asked to speak to her boss and she proudly said that she was in charge of the entire store and that nobody was going to help us. She was exceptionally rude and talked condescendingly to my husband and I. Finally, after an unnecessary amount of time arguing, she looked up the order number, saw the notes, and realized her mistake. Instead of admitting she was wrong, she acted like she was going to do us a huge favor by refunding us for the merchandise we never received. The store itself is fine, and there are other good employees who work here, but the behavior of the store manager is egregiously bad.

This isn't a review of that store (which is a great store!) but I need to point out that there are lots of fake surveys that come up if you just put homedepot.com/survey in your browser. You must enter www.homedepot.com/survey to go directly to the offcial Home Depot Survey. I hate all those "cling-on's" that show up to distract you away from your main goal. Maybe there's a way to indicate this on your register tape? It would save some time & aggrievation, Thanks,ewb

I normally go to the University or the Albermarle Rd store. They are basically the same store flipped around backwards. When I'm away from my home once and a while it is more convenient to stop at the Wendover Or the Concord store. They are a totally different animal and I end up doing a lot of extra walking. They are both just freaky stores to me. My last visit was to Wendover, I was in the garden section.There were two registers open and somewhat long slow lines. This is to be expected at this time of season. I was a little shocked that this many people where there on a weekday. The cashier's name was Saffie. I believe that she was pretty new and maybe not quite up to speed yet, but she was very polite and conscientious.

The associates are very helpful and friendly. My questions were answered with property to accomplish my goal for a successful project.

I found great costumer service and they help me load my plants.. They also have a lot of varieties in their garden. Just extra-ordinary!.

Bruce was very helpful with my order of a new front door. It was expensive but he made it less painful.
