I found helpful employees sometimes to the point of annoyance because I would go to another department and find none available. Sometimes I would enter a small isle (tools) and be blocked by a stair ladder and have to go around.

The store was open late so I could get the parts I needed to fix a water leak. The parts were easy to find. The store personal were helpful

Overall, my esperience was good. I was disappointed that I needed 3 lights and that they only had 2 in stock. I had to travel to another Home Depot to complete my purchase.

I always find Home Depot employees knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The items I'm shopping for are almost always in stock and the store is clean and well organized.
