They have the refrigerator style I was looking for. I'm very picky about appliances. I also like the parking lot. I don't shop at stores if I don't like the parking lot. This one is not congested

Many home improvement stores feel like a construction site, this store is shopper friendly and has very nice employees working there.

We went there to buy a refrigerator. Took forever to get the purchase properly processed

Closed main closet systems are great products and if you buy the pre-designed systems you get much more for your dollar than if you buy it and build it custom.

The customer service at this store was great. An employee found me the roach pesticide, sand for a filter, and white led light bulbs I was looking for in less than 10 minutes. Which is a feat considering the size of the store.

I enjoy shopping at this home depot as it is very conveniently located near my home. The staff are really nice and helpful and goes above and beyond. I recently purchased paint and a staff member helped me by mixing it without me even asking him to do it.

Today I visited the HimeDepot near my house and was greeted and helped by Carla and Keyling. Very helpful, knowledgeable and profesional both.

Juan Carlos, in flooring, helped me complete a purchase in spite of my being with an impatient co-shopper, my ex-partner, but current friend, breathing down our necks!

Young people asked if they could help me. Nice to see that. Eunice and Adrian where great and professional. She Thanked for my service which doesn't happen often. Spend >21 yrs for this great country

The store is very well stocked. I always find what I’m looking for.

products are always on shelves, however people to help you find you not so much, i have to give a shout out to an employee that went above and beyond, young man name Brandon, he made the home depot run a fast and easy one ! usually struggle staring at stuff i need and need advise on but he made it easy and clear.

great employees. the only thing they don't have all indoor doors. for example: the modern looking doors are not available at this location, after speaking to a representative they confirmed they don't carry those and i need to go to a different location. What is great about this location besides the employees is that there aren't too many people like there usually is at other locations. Making shopping and checking out a breeze.

Wanted to buy an American Flag. Spoke with 4 employees who didn't understand English & where it was. I travels to hundreds of countries & learned to speak a little of their language. Family is from Italy & we say "When in Rome do as the Rome's Do" Finally Joe in Gardening help me. Why is the American Flag items in a dark corner near the Emergency Exit? Language Unties USA

I would like for Ms. Luz to be recognized for her excellent customer service. Her attention was complete and attentive to every detail. Mostly, her attitude was exceptional.

I usually purchase small items that do not require help to load. This trip I needed building materials that were heavy and I did not receive any assistance loading the materials.

The employees are so helpful, they really go out of their way to genuinely help customers.

We have been going to this HomeDepot for a few years and the help is always there. This time Julie helped us and went the extra mile and followed up and called us when the item we needed got to the store.

One of your customer service employees by the name of Julianne went above and beyond to make my shopping experience truly exceptional. She was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in completing my order and at the same time making me feel comfortable because I was not feeling well. It is employees like her that make a company great. She is to be commended!

I would still recommend west Kendall store even though my experience today was not good at all as most of the employees are great but would like for Home Depot to train ALL area supervisors on good customer service skills. My experience today with electrical dept supervisor called Aliro was very upsetting and disappointing.

Horrible experience with the cashier named Laura, didn't give me my exact money back from a refund which was 25.62, just gave me the $25 and not the 0.62 cents, I stayed waiting for the change and she rudely told me that she didn't have and change to give me, she opended the cashier box and told me " Do you see any change here!? " in a really rude attitude. Horrible customer service, horrible! Really bad manners!
