I am in love with the garden center! Those employees really do a stand up job! It's so clean and organized. And there's never any dirt allover the floor. And they move out of the way if I have my cart and they have a hose so I don't have to hit it like a speed bumb. So nice. And a very good good experience for my Sunday shopiings.

I needed a pine board to help with a home project; I was able to locate the lumber section where the board was being sold, find the board quickly and the dimensions that I needed, and the checkout was quick and easy

Employees have always been very helpful when I needed assistance. Service desk, rental, and check out staff all did a great job. Hamid at service desk and the young lady ( I can't remember her name now) the self check out were especially helpful and cheerful.

We had a Tremendous experience at the Home Depot in Madison on Verona Road. The selections were vast but the personal attention by Elizabeth Zinecker was OVER THE TOP! She was knowledgeable, efficient and Oh so Friendly! You won’t be disappointed !

Poor service in Lawn and Garden. Staff was not knowledgeable about products. Front end staff was too busy on their cell phones.

Last time I attempted to inquire about hiring one of your contractors, no one at the desk would talk to me. Waited 10-15 minutes while they talked to other customers, gave up and left.

Long wait at self-checkout. Slow registers asking too many questions and pin numbers.

We needed help with a relatively complicated project (about which we knew very little before we arrive at the store), and Ms. LuAnn Meinholz spent a lot of time with us (during multiple visits to the store) to make sure we understand what our options are, what are advantages and disadvantages of each one, and she gave us really *great* advice with everything. Thank you very much Ms. Meinholz!! This prevented us from some big rookie mistakes.

I'm always able to find what I need. The store is well stocked, and the staff are always willing and able to help find items and happy to assist.

Customer service desk employees kept my wife and I waiting 4-5 minutes while they were chatting. Good to know we’re there priorities are.

If you want a good self check out experience go to a young colored woman in a wheel chair. Could not have been nicer or more helpful. Will always go to her in future visits.

Was greeted while wandering store and felt cared for. Checked out by “Lori” who was disrespectful and condescending, conveying the tone “are you an idiot?” No thanks, no greeting, and evidently no care or customer appreciation. Will look for another store.

Purchased three items and all three had missing parts that made them non functional. Items were not marked clearance, were placed on the shelf as new.

I buy materials from the store weekly. I’ve received good advice and great help from the employees. On three occasions I’ve had to interact with the manager; each time they provided great support and helped me achieve an optimal resolution

I have done 3 recent projects - replaced a door, installed a basement kitchen and redone counters/sink in the upstairs kitchen - and for every single projects, there have been multiple mistakes or things weren't ready when they were supposed to be (even if I had received a text saying it was ready)

Mark in lumber was a great help getting me set with the proper cedar for my gate posts to support my existing gate. Plus he cut the posts to the correct length for me. Give that man a star!

Was charged for more wood than I bought. Called and emailed the receipt for a credit. Never received. If the company needs money they should borrow it from the bank not the customers.

Ask for Cathy if you want excellent service and someone who knows her department well. She is extremely knowledgeable about the appliance dept. She assisted us with Stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer

Store is nice and clean, I can normally find what I need with out much issue, when I do need assistance staff is always willing to help. Had to go to the service for a order pick up and Erica was super helpful. Made the process quick and easy with a welcoming smile.

One of the employees did not understand what a P.O/job name was. When I told them I didn't want one he decided to get upset with me trying to explain to me that the PO/job name was required, that i could find it on my credit card and that the transaction would not work unless I gave it to him. When I corrected him he became very hostile and treated me VERY rudely. Last year alone I spend over $100,000 at home depot, I know what a PO/job name is. I know the purpose they serve, and I'm not stupid. But this untrained employee treated me like i was the idiot. I'm sorry, but train the employees better, it is NOT a good look when your customers know your business better than your employees.

Scott in the appliance department was very helpful, even after I made a mistake on the color he was very gracious, he had to cancel the order and enter a new one. He helped me and was as friendly as could be. Great Job Scott
