We had a great experience at Home Depot West on a busy Saturday. We went in to order blinds. The east side store did the measurements for blinds. I called there to ask, if I could order the blinds from any Home Depot. They said yes, that they would be in the computer. I went to order at the west side store and discovered that this was not the case. Fortunately, we had an excellent employee helping us. Her name was Jess. She called the other store and had them take a screen shot of the measurements and text it to her. She then printed them out so we could place our order. It was so busy, she could easily have sent us away. Instead she found a way to make it work. She also knew the blinds well, and made helpful suggestions for our order. High marks for Jess!!!!! Ron is flooring has AWESOME customer service! He’s funny and is quick with the special order I had!! Carol Fifi in the kitchen area is also AWESOME!! It’s so nice knowing I can depend on these two for anything!

Kitchen consultant was able to rearrange his schedule to meet my needs of walking out the store with a full kitchen purchused and ordered. Extremely satisfied.

I've been shopping a the West Madison Home Depot for over 15 years. The staff there of late really seems to go out of their way to ensure a good customer experience. I always enjoy shopping there.

The store was clean, the employees were glad to help me and were very patient with me as it took me a while to decide exactly what I wanted to purchase.

I have been remodeling my old house and have used Home Depot for most of my material purchases. The service & selection of great with good quality products. The employees are always helpful. Prefer this store to Menard’s any day!

I always receive prompt and courteous help when I shop there. A Manager recently went well out of his way to assist me with the veteran discount that I had asked for. I usually look on line for what I need before going to the store. Rarely do I have to go to the other side of town to get anything that might be briefly out of stock at this location.

For the most part, I find Home Depot employees friendly and willing to help. On a recent visit, Will went over and above any expectations that I would have.

I was in this store recently and immediately noticed a whole new energy! Everyone was helpful, friendly and the store itself is well stocked and as neat as a pin! Even outside everything was neatly arranged, clean and appealing. I will be spending much more time there, as it will be my go to store for our household needs!
