Excellent staff. Friendly and knowledgeable.

This store lacks associates with customer service skills. Very disappointing.

I was having difficulties finding the correct item I needed for my bathroom and the nicest gentlemen working at the store by the name of Mark in the tool department ended up helping me two times when I was looking for something and it ended up being the correct product I needed. Finally! Really appreciated his help! Very nice check out gal as well!

Amazing customer service

This is a great store with great staff. Mark Andert was extremely helpful and spent a long time assisting me with my purchases ( we had made an appointment.) You can't go wrong with Home Depot.

For five years we have been waiting to build a deck on our house. We took our measurements in and had great help turning our plans into step 1 of becoming a reality. We were treated courteously and our helpers, Mark and Jaron were invaluable with their knowledge. Two days later Home Depot delivered all our deck base wood. The delivery fellow was accommodating, very careful and placed the wood right where we needed it. Our carpenter has everything he needs to begin our dream! We are very excited to have our outdoor living space become a reality. Thanks Home Depot!

Excellent personal they're always looking to help everyone

Employees were extremely helpful and showed me exactly where everything I needed was. It was something pretty simple for an experienced handyman but I never done it before, and they explained exactly what I had to do and what I needed, and showed me around the store and gave recommendations on my options. They are also well staffed and it did not take me long at all to find someone to ask.

I had a great store experience with the floor associates and cashier, William. They were very helpful and attentive.

Very helpful employees!! We had a huge remodel order to put in and we got the help we needed right away and a decent discount for a large order.

I think this store does a good job with stock on hand and I find most employees that work here are nice and helpful.

I have consistently encountered friendly, knowledgable, and helpful employees in this store. Even if I had to wait for an employee, they have nearly always acknowledged me and given me a sense that they would be with me shortly.

Very helpful staff and they have many varieties of items in stock which is very helpful! Couldn't give it 5 stars because the store is disorganized, many displays (big and small) all over the place making it hard to maneuver a large cart.

I get the same service and attention as I used to 17 years ago from my local Hardware Store at this store. Best time to shop this place is at 6:00 am as you basically have the store to yourself. Excellent selection, great service and fair prices. Anyone that rates this store less than four stars I have to think has misplace anger and they are taking it out on these staff as they are not allowed to talk back when customers are beyond rude.

Erica and Josh were very helpful on my bulk concrete order. Made it easy for me to get in and out of the story quickly and get back to work on my project!

Best garden center in town! Great variety of annual flowers, healthy, hardy plants. Masterpiece Flowers employees are very knowledgeable and helpfu,l along with Home Depot staff!

Once again, this is the best HD ever! Our West Madison HD wins hands down, and we have lived in New Mexico, Florida and here in Wisconsin.

I have used Home Depot west Madison several times. Every time I have had to ask questions the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.
