The Home Depot near me is a one- stop shop for most of my hardware, plants and flooring needs. They are friendly, professional, efficient and timely.

I have avoided going into stores during the pandemic because of health reasons however we had to go today and were pleased to see the steps being taken to clean carts and to have wipes and sanitizer readily available to customers. Face masks were available if needed and were located at the very front of the store. The clerk we dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful in our decision making. Other shoppers kept a respectful distance as did the sales people.

Truth be told, I had been a bit underwhelmed by your staff's customer service as of late; however, upon my last few visits to your store, Omar, Ms Gee, and Joe's top notch customer service and friendliness made me a believer again. Please keep up the good work and more people like that around!

Go to the East Side Home Depot or any other place instead--employees at the West Side Home Depot are consistently rude and unhelpful. I have had some awful experiences here, most recently being jerked around for 45 minutes in the paint dept. to finally be told (after they mixed the wrong thing twice and forgot about the order once) that they didn't even have the stain I was looking for. And they did it rudely! Wow. Never again!

I worked with Ms. Fifi, in making remodeling material selections for my master bath project. She made me feel as though I had my very own interior designer, taking me through the store to select fixtures and also placing an online order for me for an item not in stock. I was so impressed with her attention to detail and making the customer experience a positive one for me. Can't wait to see how my master bath will look, thanks to Ms. Fifi!

Friendly product knowledge

I am a regular shopper at this location and have become increasingly frustrated with customers who bring their dogs into the store. In my most recent visit, I stepped in fresh dog poo from one of these which is enough to keep me from shopping there until dogs aren't allowed in the store.

I have shopped at this location for years but as a new homeowner I am there much more frequently. Just today I decided to make the investment in a drill/tool kit. A very nice man named Kevin took the time to answer my questions, make suggestions and was patient as I didn’t know much and had a lot of questions. I really appreciated that.

I highly recommend on getting carpet in this store and employees are very friendly and helpful.

My sales associate, Alex, was amazingly helpful. He knew I had to get lots of supplies and check out quickly so that I could make a Zoom appointment. He helped me load my flatbed and checked out and load my supplies in my car quickly. I made it to my meeting with one minute to spare. The next day I went back for more supplies and I saw the same sales associate and he asked me “how was your phone conference?” #Wow!

Excellent employee support when purchasing ClosetMaid wire shelving. Cut pieces to size and ordered out of stock pieces to be shipped to my home

The store staff has been very helpful with all my questions and have gone above my expectations for a big box hardware store. They have also been very helpful in investigating new products for my deck. A special shout out to the paint and electrical departments since they are the ones with which I have had recent great assistance.

Flooring Specialist LuAnn M. was extremely helpful, and very experienced in walking us through the process of obtaining new carpeting for our home. I highly recommend her, and this Home Depot for any flooring needs.

took over 15 minutes to find help. once obtained, took another 20+ minutes to get product from overhead. checkout loading assistance never came (happened to get someone leaving work) not all customers wearing masks checkout person criticized me because when my wife texted that we did not need another credit card, asked why I was "below her" and that "did not happen in his country"... awesome

Courteous employees who are knowledgeable of many products and departments and if they can't answer your question, they will lead you to someone who can.Home Depot is like shopping at home!

I made a mistake before coming into the store and had the wrong item selected from the online store. . . the sales associate was able to find me an SAE version of the ratchet set for only a $1 more. Huge thanks, -Ryan

Based on my recent experiences with customer service, I would not recommend. Today's visit, I was treated very rudely by employee NOAH.

We had a great experience working with Ms. Fifi at Home Depot for our Kitchen renovation. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. They don't have an agenda to sell certain products, so there is no pressure - they just want to help you get your project completed. I highly recommend this store and the people that work there.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Erik Lein and Erik Gilbertson who went completely above and beyond to help me. This was honestly the best Home Depot customer service I have ever received. The Home Depot is a little bit out of the way for me but I will definitely be making the trip out there for all my home improvement needs thanks to these two!

Tafadzwa was extremely helpful and was able to answer my questions about my carpeting installation. With a large purchase, it is reassuring to work with such a knowledgeable person. Looked at some kitchen appliances for our next project. Good selection.
