I visit the garden center at our local Home Depot several times per week. I have never had anything but a good experience. I am a disabled vet, and they always thank me for my service to our country and they also tell me to give the same thanks to my wife for them!

I visit this store several times a week, it is always a pleasant experience. No matter what department I am in, there is always a store associate there to assist. I have never had a negative experience at this location. Keep up the good work.....!

I was stopped by so many associates and asked if I needed help. It also did not feel forced, but very natural and easy going. I was able to find all three things that I was looking for and felt so supported in doing so!

This store always has what I need in stock and the associates are great. Every associate that walks by, greets me with a smile and asks if I need assistance. Because I'm a real estate investor, I'm there almost every other day and I have gotten to know a couple of the associates in different departments. The entire team at West Woodlands is great and they always help me even if it's not their department. I have absolutely no complaints with the team or the store. Also the store is well organized, clean and free of clutter.

I drive out of my way to come to this store do their normally incredible customer service.I actually once timed how long it took for an employee to ask if I needed assistance from the moment I walked in to the store. It was 17 seconds Incredible!!!

I can usually find what I need here and the store personnel are always helpful.

I RESEARCHED MY PRODUCT ONLINE AND NEW WHAT I WANTED AND IT WAS IN STOCK. I WAS IN AND OUT OF THE STORE IN A VERY SHORT TIME.

Being a woman, Home Depot is one of the nicest places I love to shop at. I never get the attitude from the employees that I'm a "dumb woman" in a man's store. Instead I get help when I ask for help and even taken to the right spot of the store for what I can't find, not just pointed to that direction. I would rather go to Home Depot than grocery shopping.

Great team at this store. I've been shopping here since they opened. I've completed years of projects large and small from building decks and balconies to replacing washers on faucets. Keep up the great work!

As a business consumer that gives away thousands of Home Depot gift cards annually, I was shocked at the rude treatment that the staff, especially the manager, Henry provided during my visit today. What should have been a routine visit to purchase gift cards turned into something that was threatening and insulting. Will not return to this location and am rethinking my entire corporate relationship with the Home Depot as a result of Henry's condescending attitude towards me.

Staff friendly and eager to help. Store very clean and organized. Great prices, and ample parking (even on a weekend).

Working tirelessly on memorial day trying to replace a storm door at the house. I arrived at the Home Depot what a fresh welcome I received. An associate waiting at the aisle to help me locate the storm door of my choice. He kindly assisted me in loading it on my cart. Then I proceeded to the check out. when I thought it couldn't get any better wow what an amazing associate. Such a bright smile, very helpful. She loaded my cart for me and wish me a good day. Great job Home Depot

This was my second visit of the day. The first gentleman who loaded my car in lawn and garden was very polite and gently put my plants in the back of the car, being very careful not to spill dirt. The second visit was two women, the cashier was rude when I asked for help and the helper who loaded my car was actually throwing things in, no regard to the plastic I put down. She clearly did not want to do it. I had to go get my car detailed she made such a mess throwing things in. She was loading the back of a nice new SUV like it was the bed of a pickup.

Normally have everything I need, in and out fast. Good service. Nice Store.

Everyone in the store wants to help, I never have to look for help!

Easy to find an associate to help you and they are knowledgeable about the products and can answer your questions or make a recommendation. This is what separates them from lowe's.
