I truly appreciate when i come to the store and i feel welcome; Home Depot Employees are always open and willing to assist through your shopping experience; they facilitate and simplify your search specially if you don't know the store. You can ask them anything within the Store and they are like Dictionaries or Mini Google Home Depot Store Guidance. I recently purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot, and while the overall experience wasn’t terrible, it definitely left something to be desired. The store seemed short-staffed, which made getting help a bit frustrating. The associate who was available did her best to assist, but her approach was a bit… sassy. She remained polite, but her comments had an edge — things like, “Well, you can wait, or try another store.” Not exactly what you want to hear when you’re making a major appliance purchase. That said, I understand it can be tough when you’re the only one helping multiple customers. She was knowledgeable and eventually got the job done, but the tone and lack of support made it feel more stressful than it needed to be. Hopefully, Home Depot can work on staffing and customer experience a bit more in the future. The product itself is great — just wish the process had been smoother.

I purchased items for home maintenance and remembered after checking out, I wanted to look at the Dewalt 28” mower! I have a 13year old similar model without the swiveling front wheels! I am looking to upgrade grade!

Always helpful in garden center in loading mulch/dirt on cart and in the car. Most supplies are available in the store or online. Delivery is usually free and quick.

This store does not have as much selection as other locations and they need security in the parking lot. Two individuals tried to take my dog from me.

There are more friendly helpful employees at the Westbury store than any location and I visit many of them.

I would appreciate some knowledge of plants from the employee.. all plants just gorgeous and well taken care of thank u

I enjoy coming to this store as I know my way around and if I can't find something there are employees who will show me where something is and therefor saving me valuable time. I want to say thank you to the managers and staff at this store for always so friendly and courteous to me when I am there shopping for my work or myself.

I was able to find what I needed in 10 minutes. I was oriented well by the staff and they went the extra mile to help me.

Customer service is horrible. Nobody trys to help are greet the customers at all. All of the employees are just walking around talking to each other

Very friendly and helpful associates, but many are very inexperienced and don't know the layout of the store or where thing are. Overall, most associates are very helpful, but should have a better orientation of departments.

I highly reccommend Art Straka in Appliances at the Westbury store. Very knowledable and walked me to several different aisles to find the items I needed for my dryer and refrigerator.

I just wanted to say thank you to the store manager and cashier that assisted me with my return. This store has the best team members that I ever met in my life. The team members did not challenge me when I requested to exchange a defective generator for a new generator.

I bought a grass cultivator yesterday. An assistant took me to the aisle and showed me the product. When I went to checkout, the price was much higher.Victoria then went to double check.I then wanted homedepot to honor the price displayed.Managers were called and the top manager agreed to give me the discount, but the computer wouldn’t !! After many tries and changing computers the price wouldn’t change. Throughout the waiting process Victoria never lost her cool or patience! She made me feel comfortable and even offered to get me some water.Eventually they worked out a way to get the discount for me. Thank You Victoria. Home Depot should be proud of such an employee!!!

The customer service SUCKS.
