best store in the houston area in stock products was all in great location overall great store very clean and neat lora the cashier in garden went beyoud to help customers when needed she didnt care about getting her clothes dirty to help us load i will be returning back so thank you lora for showing us how you really put customers first no matter what

There seemed to be adequate employees around to help - i didnt have to go looking for one. They seemed very knowledgeable of the items i was purchasing in the individual departments. Friendly and helpful associates and very clean store.

This location is convenient and the staff (when found) is always willing to help. The one downside is that it is sometimes hard to find someone in a particular department, but if that happens, I have found that I can either go to a cashier or find someone in an orange apron. For the most part, they are able to find someone relatively quickly. I used to get irritated when I couldn't find an associate, but it is the same at all big box building supply stores. I also know someone who used to work with Home Depot, and they are expected to constantly stock shelves, set up promotional sets and move merchandise as well as wait on customers. A good portion of the time, they are the only one working about 5 or 6 aisles at a time. So it might be a better idea if a store manager or a few associates whose sole purpose is to walk around to spot customers looking lost / confused (and help restock items / keep aisles neat and organized). At least then we then wouldn't have to hunt someone down, PLUS the manager would have a better idea of how to properly staff the departments and when the peak times are. I was surprised to be at Home Depot at 8:30pm on a Monday and it was CROWDED. No specials, no holiday, just a standard Monday. I never would have expected that, so it was a good thing I knew exactly where to go to get what I needed. But overall this is a good store, convenient and the staff I do run into are helpful.

We sometimes have large returns of unused materials. These can be frustrating and time consuming transactions. Erika (Manager Returns) took excellent care of us with a recent return, she was fast, friendly, and professional. She even stepped up to solve problems for other Reps while she was taking care of us, and never missed a beat. We appreciate her excellent service and hope 0578 will hire and train more employees that perform like Erika. Erika should be recognized for her efforts, she is a credit to HD and excellent representative for big orange.

They have lots of products that you need.

i do alot of shopping at alot of home depots store in the houston area in i never ran across a kind hearted person till i shop at 0578 and met lora the store was so clean prices was good also but i promise when you visit you have to meet lora a true angel

Excellent Store To Shop. The Employee Are Always Nice.

The employees at this store are far more helpful than other Home Depots in this area (I would even say they are cheery). The building and parking lot could be in better condition.

This is a great store with good customer service friendly atmosphere and it is clean and they usually have everything that we need when we shop there and we shop there quite often I would definitely recommend this store at Westbury
