Great assistance and easy to use kiosk. Everytime I go to Home Depot I am extremely satisfied with the help and knowledge of each assiciate.

Frank in the paint department was so helpful! From finding the paint color I wanted in a swatch, helping me figure out how much I needed ( he was spot on!) and saving me money by showing me a package of supplies that I needed (brushes, rollers etc.) that was much more cost effective than buying them all separately. Next time I need paint I am going to see Frank!

This is the best store -- all the above answers are true from my standpoint. I just love the availability of product particularly lawn and garden - I find items there that other stores don't seem to carry.

Store clean, organized and well stocked. I usually go to this store early in the morning. Everyone has always been very pleasant and it looks clean and organized.

No one in appliances, out of filters for fridge. There were even 2 couples looking at major appliances and no one was there. Not one person available in the dept. Found helpful man Paul, kudos to him, in lumber area. Took us to plumbing where we needed to find washing machine outflow tube, we got the only one left. Glad we didn't need an 8 foot, those were gone too. Skeleton staff. Will support local smaller businesses, or will go to Lowe's. This store has gone downhill the past couple of years. The standards seem to be sub par. Something needs to change. It seems as a customer this place is going to close??? If you can't get a filter for the fridge and get the last washing machine outflow tube, seems questionable...

I am renovating our summer cottage and make several visits per week to Westerly Home Depot. I'm usually in a hurry and often ask for assistance in finding products. There is one nice associate, I call her the "answer lady" , who will walk me to the correct aisle to find what I need. Today, I needed help in the lumber department. Two nice young men, Joe and Jared, helped me find the correct decking material I wanted. They cut it for me so that I could fit into my car. It was a good experience overall. Thank you.

My family needed a new french door and Robin, the Home Depot associate that helped us was wonderful. We had everything we needed with minutes of our arrival. Robin went over and above to help us and we will continue giving our business to The Home Depot in Westerly, RI.

I always use this store while Westery RI. Very good seperience staff is always very helpful when I ask for help. Did not need help or have questions thios time. Never have had any problems in this store.

My shoping experiance was great.It took a short time to purchase my stove.The employee was wonderful.

I shop here often and never have any complaints. Today I ordered an item online and picked up within 20 minutes and the item was ready to go quickly and in great condition. I am impressed with how well every employee knows the store.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to The Home Depot. Every time we go the staff is excellent and courteous, we visit often for odds and ends for our home and are never disappointed, we never have trouble finding things in our price range, and the sales associates make our visits a whole lot easier. We prefer The Home Depot over other stores because the prices and service here are always top-notch.

I was looking for magnets in the tool department when an associate asked me if i needed help. He directed me not only within the tool department but guided me to another area where there were many other choices.

Westerly RI store is the BEST. Bernie helped me to decide on a dryer to purchase, which I most likely would have just purchased at Lowes as I had purchased my appliances there in the past. He was very friendly, fun and I absolutely felt comfortable in making my purchase. I have encountered several very nice, helpful employees in the store and will make many purchases there for that reason. It's very nice to walk into a store and have smiling helpful people who don't mind going above and beyond to help out their customers.

I visited this store with a plan in mind to build a step for my elderly parents. Their porch was too high on one side and stubbornly, they insisted on taking the short cut (with no steps) to using the "official" steps. So my idea was to build a second step that would allow them to safely use their shortcut. I selected the lumber I needed and went to the cutting area. It was there that an associate named Joe L. helped me in an unexpected way. I thought I'd just get the wood cut and be on my way. But instead, he actually improved upon the design and construction, ensured I had the right pieces, the right hardware and basically that I had everything I needed. I have never managed to finish a product in a single visit. Joe ensured that I did and the steps are solid as can be and will last forever — all thanks to Joe's input. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to not just cut the wood but to understand what I was trying to do. That's so much more than just being a store or just doing your job. Well done, Joe L. My family thanks you.

I was looking to purchase some flowers for a flower bed. There were plenty to choose from. The checkout was fast and I was on my way home to plant them.

Consistentcy of assistance in Westerly. Well run and stocked store, wish it was closer to me but worth traveling to.

the store is exceptionally clean and associates very helpful and friendly. I go to other Home Depot stores and feel this is the best one of all. Also, I always get help promptly, which is important to me. If something is not available the associates find a store that has what I need and helps me make arrangements to either deliver to Westerly store or hold for my pickup. Excellent service.

The store was clean and every assoicate was giving smiles, Deanna was very helpful making jokes and related to me, she is quite funny and kevin also had a smile and very friendly. Ive had Deanna before when i was in garden although she was unable to answer my questions because she was new she was able to find me someone that could, chris brought me right to where the stepping stones were. ty again Home Depot!!!!
