I always use this store while Westery RI. Very good seperience staff is always very helpful when I ask for help. Did not need help or have questions thios time. Never have had any problems in this store.

My shoping experiance was great.It took a short time to purchase my stove.The employee was wonderful.

I shop here often and never have any complaints. Today I ordered an item online and picked up within 20 minutes and the item was ready to go quickly and in great condition. I am impressed with how well every employee knows the store.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to The Home Depot. Every time we go the staff is excellent and courteous, we visit often for odds and ends for our home and are never disappointed, we never have trouble finding things in our price range, and the sales associates make our visits a whole lot easier. We prefer The Home Depot over other stores because the prices and service here are always top-notch.

I was looking for magnets in the tool department when an associate asked me if i needed help. He directed me not only within the tool department but guided me to another area where there were many other choices.

Just bought a house and the Home Depot has helped us every step of the way. Visiting Home Depot helps the renovation process and puts my mind at ease. Thank you for being so helpful and kind!

Westerly RI store is the BEST. Bernie helped me to decide on a dryer to purchase, which I most likely would have just purchased at Lowes as I had purchased my appliances there in the past. He was very friendly, fun and I absolutely felt comfortable in making my purchase. I have encountered several very nice, helpful employees in the store and will make many purchases there for that reason. It's very nice to walk into a store and have smiling helpful people who don't mind going above and beyond to help out their customers.

I visited this store with a plan in mind to build a step for my elderly parents. Their porch was too high on one side and stubbornly, they insisted on taking the short cut (with no steps) to using the "official" steps. So my idea was to build a second step that would allow them to safely use their shortcut. I selected the lumber I needed and went to the cutting area. It was there that an associate named Joe L. helped me in an unexpected way. I thought I'd just get the wood cut and be on my way. But instead, he actually improved upon the design and construction, ensured I had the right pieces, the right hardware and basically that I had everything I needed. I have never managed to finish a product in a single visit. Joe ensured that I did and the steps are solid as can be and will last forever — all thanks to Joe's input. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to not just cut the wood but to understand what I was trying to do. That's so much more than just being a store or just doing your job. Well done, Joe L. My family thanks you.

I was looking to purchase some flowers for a flower bed. There were plenty to choose from. The checkout was fast and I was on my way home to plant them.

Consistentcy of assistance in Westerly. Well run and stocked store, wish it was closer to me but worth traveling to.

the store is exceptionally clean and associates very helpful and friendly. I go to other Home Depot stores and feel this is the best one of all. Also, I always get help promptly, which is important to me. If something is not available the associates find a store that has what I need and helps me make arrangements to either deliver to Westerly store or hold for my pickup. Excellent service.

The store was clean and every assoicate was giving smiles, Deanna was very helpful making jokes and related to me, she is quite funny and kevin also had a smile and very friendly. Ive had Deanna before when i was in garden although she was unable to answer my questions because she was new she was able to find me someone that could, chris brought me right to where the stepping stones were. ty again Home Depot!!!!

I was excited to find the exact product that I needed.

I knew the layout of the store and went right to the department where I looked over the products.Within 10 seconds I was asked if I needed help and was told they would be right there if I needed them, I love that, no bothering me.The sales associate was wonderful when I decided on the product and didn't try to steer me towards a higher priced item, very satisfied with my visit!!!!

The Westerly Store is clean and huge plant selection! I was impressed! I actually bought much more than I planned on because the plants looked so healthy!

We had a wonderful experience my husband and I. Jim went above and beyond.... he used his own personal cell phone and showed us your new AP to locate the fencing we were looking for. he then walked us to the front and helped us check out and stayed to help my husband in the loading area with everything. He also, took the time to help me with some solar powered decorative landscape lights, he compared price verse value so my husband and I clearly new what one was the better value. Thanks JIM !!!!!!!!! Who works nights... your the BEST and we will be back to look for you again!!!!!!

This particular Home Depot is clean bright and friendly I like visiting there.
