The staff is always accommodating and friendly.

This is a smaller (a relative term) Home Depot store. Accordingly some items available at other stores are not available here. However, the sales staff will find the absent inventory and either order it, have it picked up from another store, or, if the customer desires, direct the customer to the nearest store where the item can be found. Sales staff is very knowledgeable, but front of store employees need to be better schooled in inventory.

The service in all areas really go out of their way to help and if not on shelf they do whatever they can to find the product. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you to all the staff.

With professional service employees such as Rick Diaz and the people in his department Kelley and Heather, my appliance shopping was next to perfect. The appliance department with their product knowledge and attention to detail, professionalism,, and pleasant disposition and managers made my experience excellent. In Westerly, employees know where correct aisle is to find what I am looking for. Other stores, you get the wrong info. or the service people disappear before you can ask them a question. Other notable mentions: Hunter (exchanges) and of course Robin in paints, and Jessica in appliances, also.

I do business with several large rental companies. Every time I rent something from the depot I have a great experience.

All the employees at the Westerly HD have been very friendly and helpful to me and my dad when we shop. My dad is almost completely blind. The employees are all very understanding and patient. I have to say, though, the best Customer Service Representative of any store of any kind I've ever encountered is Jen, the Powertool Department Manager in the HD Westerly, RI store. She is absolutely wonderful! She has been very friendly, patient and most of all helpful to my dad and me.

Poorly staffed . Had very little product that was buyable for project.

store was clean employees were friendly and helpful but the Corporate management has the store workers hands tied. I went to checkout and showed my RI drivers lic with veterans status on it and was denied the veterans discount as policy by headquarters policy that it is not a valid proof of veterans status as recognized by the RI General Assembly. Store employee was sympathetic but was following the corporate policy of anti veteran status proof. Ma Home Depot stores honor the RI drivers lic /veterans status. as does all Lowes . there is no Lowes in the Westerly area.

I generally always have a good experience at the Westerly location. The employees are friendly & knowledgeable.

Always a pleasant store to shop because of friendly staff members! This always makes a difference and I have good shopping experiences with the kindness and assistance of the various staff member. Consistently friendly help and guidance from staff members. This time around in particular I'll add a special thank-you for help and such pleasantness to Kim in the garden department.
