Great Job Alexandria Carcamo for going the extra mile for this disabled Navy Vet. He she helped me put my shopping cart together when she didn't have to . The guy that does it was only there on Wednesdays . She did it for me when she didn't have to . Now that is customer service. I also want to thank the staff that took 40 min to find the item that was not on display. I am very grateful. Keep up the great work.

Well my shopping could have been more happy if I had employees help me in finding what I needed

I came with a complicated project I wasn't sure how to tackle, shortly before close. An employee pointed me to Andy, and his patience and knowledge made everything so easy. He advised me on what type of plywood to buy, waited for me to figure out the exact sizes I needed, then cut the pieces carefully. Such a nice person who made my evening much easier.

The male staff were friendly and the store was well organized and clean. And the price was cheap.

Sara and I believe her name is Helen, the lead at the nursery! WOW! These people r carismatic and very informative! From the minute I walked into the garden station till I left, there was someone there to answer my questions! That is how business is done, walked in for 1 thing came out with a few others, not because they tried to upsell me but because I have a few plants that need extra care and they provided me with the products that will address the problems! Better than guessing which ones will work , best thing is someone that knows what they . R talking about and provide guidance! Thank you ladies for this wonderful experience!

After letting an employee know how I was dissatisfied with the customer service here, she said "You be allright". Must be the new advertising slogan....Have a problem, "You be alright".

Good store to shop

The store employees are excellent. Good service and very friendly! The problem is the return policy. Items I needed had been purchased, used, broken and then returned to the store and put back on the shelf. While I stood in line to return this damaged item, ten or more people in line were returning tools in perfect shape that they had simply purchased, used and then were returning. There is a serious lack of control over the inventory at this store which makes it too risky to shop here. It's a serious problem; the store is good but the return policy is attracting the worst in people. As I stood in line I realized I'm paying for your poor return policy.

The cashier was the best, very informative. A few employees didn't know where certain product were,but they found out for me.

The main aisle was a little too clustered but I understand that it's important to make sure your offers are visible to the costumers

This home depot is very convenient location in LA Koreatown and big store so there are everything you need. Many space to parking, fast payment, many employees! so you can easily ask to them what you need.

Great selection and service Shopping there brings me comfort

Very accessible to the Downtown LA market - has a parking lot and a Metro bike share station. It's a good size and selection, but not the biggest size you'd see out in a suburb - so some of the items online aren't readily in stock at this location versus locations further out of LA. Staff are helpful and plentiful - just ask and you'll find one. Or, just look confused, and someone will approach you.

The Associates at this location are very well informed when it comes to plumbing matters an Associate by the name of Jeff helped me to resolve an plumbing matter very quickly, once I presented the problem. Thank you Home Depot for Associates like Jeff.

yes thisstore does sell loys of products but would be helpful if there was more customer service

The shelves are stocked user friendly. You can get in and out quickly. Most of the staff are not knowledgeable about tools or building goals. So do read. Me told the sales guy me needed a lamp that could support a 200 Walt light bulb and he sold me one that can only take a 60 watt. This was a lesson to me to always read for me no matter what the salesman says.

i really like the way and manner a lady called TANEKA attended to me. she made see her job as the cashier person seem so easy and of course fast. she had a smile the whole time. thanks home depot for satisfying me.
