              Door person
              Door person(blonde girl) greeted everyone with hello (maybe 5 people ahead of me. Told them all hi and when I got up to her she turned her head. Kinda felt dissed. That was a little rude. Went on oct 5th 2025, 10:15 a.m.

                Terrible customer service at rental counter
                Employee at the rental counter provided the worst service possible. He didn’t even acknowledge my “good morning “ greeting, in fact he totally ignored me and spoke to my husband only. He did not provide the written instructions that should have accompanied the equipment we rented.

                  A huge SHOUT OUT to Sarge in Plumbing, Catherine in Customer Service and John, Lot Loading. These three AMAZING individuals took the time to help this Gramma with the purchase of a water heater and supplies for the connection. Answered all my questions and concerns with the upmost professionalism. They are a great examples of what SUPERB customer service is all about.                         Everything has gone in prices. Sure inflation has its part, but so does corporate greed. Less and less workers available, so I must scan items myself and do the work that an employee ought to be doing. It’s ridiculous and horrible business practice.

                              Every trip to Home Depot is productive or informative. Most times they have and educated me on a project. If I don't purchase from them, I have a idea of the product that I need and a fair price.

                                      Worst customer service
                                      I bought a a tool and charging kit online when I open the charging kit the battery was expired same thing with the charging kit and the battery wouldn’t even take a full charge. I called customer service. Ask them what I should do. They said that I should be able to take it in store and swap out the battery when I got to the location a manager was there to help me and she proceeded to tell me I had to go get the tool from my house and the charger and then bring all three back to return and do a purchase because what the customer service rep told me on the Internet was not their store policy and that the people on there do not know their store policies that created discrepancy which angered me . She the manager on duty named Julissa did not want to go down the aisle grab a battery damage out the one that I brought them and pull the other battery out of the box and do a swap for me. She literally was trying to get me to go to either another location or I would have to go and get all of the items that I purchased just to bring back the battery. I literally had to talk to the general manager of that store Just to get them to fix the situation mind you I’ve been a manager of over six different companies and I know policies very well. This was absolutely the poorest customer service I’ve ever been shown by any company. It would’ve been that hard for Julissa the manager on duty just to go down the aisle, grab a battery and damage out the one that I brought back but no instead she wanted to give me a hard time throw store policies in my face instead of pleasing the customer even after customer service, told me I could swap it out in store and literally made me go over her head just to get this resolved again. I will never ever shop at the Windsor Park location I do not care if my company wants me to pick something up from Home Depot. I will tell them they can do it themselves.

                                          Make sure you don’t have to come back because only one person handling customer service and if you need a manager, it’s a very long wait.
                                          I bought paint and was told by gentleman working paint department it not the right color I could bring back and they would add more tint. After arriving turned out to by more to it and the one that told me that wasn’t working at that particular time.

                                            Home Depot has become my "home" for help
                                            I needed some items for my home. Sarge, the sales associate who helped me, is a GREAT ASSET to Home Depot. I knew what I wanted, but didn't know the correct name and Sarge was able to "translate" my description, take me directly to what I wanted and gave me advice. I now know the "proper" name and thanks to Sarge, will be back and look for him EVERY TIME I need help.
