Hard / Impossible to find help

Great customer service

Anything I’ve every needed I’ve always been able to find, any questions that I may have, there has always been someone to help me and advise me. Not just at this location, all Home Depo I’ve ever gone too, including different City’s as well. I just haven’t smelled the wood smell in a while

The associates will work with customers to ensure that that find what they need with a friendly attitude. Associates are very personable & remembers my name whenever I visit. I have enjoyed remodeling my home b/c of my experience at the Windsor Home Depot store. I wanted to say thank you & I really appreciate you all. It really shows that you love your job even new associates are very professional. Nikki is the best ever although she is very busy & thank you Tanisha H, Valerie, & Anthony F. My home looks great and I will try and upload photos when finished.

I had a bad experience with Ariel & James one of the worst experiences with customer service.

Shawn or Sean from the flooring department has the best customer service skills! He helped me find everything on my list and never batted an eye - from tacks to gloves to shower set…he was just awesome.

Bought a full pallet of 8x8x16 cinder blocks and requested loading multiple times with a different associate each time saying they will call a driver. Empty forklift just sitting in the garden center as I write this review. If I knew I could get away with it I’d just hop on and load myself. Other locations are way more attentive to loading needs.

I’ve been to Home Depot all over town and my far this one has the best customer service! Shelves are way more organized too!

I feel very comfortable buying any item at the Home Depot Store. I feel very good about the return policy.

I had the best customer service I've ever had. An associate by the name of Patrick helped me the entire time. I've got no experience in tools or wood. He not only helped me find the right wood to repair my gate, but he helped get 2x4s, 9 pickets, two hinges, wood screws and told me about tool rental too. I've gone to home depot soo much in my life but this was the best experience I've ever had. Even in the heat of the store due to air conditioning not working he helped. He loaded my little 4 door with all the wood I bought too.

I can’t remember her name but this little lady made my day, really great attitude and attention to detail.

After walking the store like 5 times I couldn’t find the clearance area and no one asked if I needed help. I was about to leave when a Nikki finally asked if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and she helped me out. Big thanks to her

This store is the most efficient and friendly Home Depot in my area!! Their equipment rental department rocks and their sales floor employees are the best. I got answeres too all my questions and solutions for what I needed. I will always shop at the Windsor Hill store from now on!

Every time I go in there I’m lucky if I even get one employee to acknowledge if I need assistance. Employees walk by you as if you aren’t there. They don’t greet or thank you. Not very satisfied

Im from out of town but decided to get some oil-based paint for some outdoor projects. Linda in the Paint Department is a very great employee with a can do attitude and spirit. The computer system was down so she cheerfully inputted the data manually into the computer to mix my paint. Smart and dedicated to the task is what Linda brings to the Home Depot team.

Overall, the store is kept clean and somewhat stocked. They still practice social distancing and mask wearing, for those that are still concerned about Covid.

The people in home depot are always ready to help, give information about the products and make your day better.

This is a great store. I shop there because of the attention I get from the employees. They have gone out of their way to help me.

The lumber department needs some work and inventory accuracy is very important. Besides that, I love this store!

I have been going to this store for about 30 years now. They must be doing something right or that wouldn't be happening. Well stocked, aisles marked correctly, I can find things quickly.

first time there did have the app make it easier when needed but found everything i was looking for even just browsed some.
