Thanks to Peyton for such a friendly smile and warm greeting and for being helpful during my check out, she went above and beyond! There has also been other employees during my last several visits that greeted me and asked if I needed help that is hard to come by these days, so please Home Depot keep hiring and taking care of these great employees.

This home depot has the best employees, I have visited this store five times since I move to this city and they are alwasy helping me with everything. My hat off to them.

Great Products and quality service

This store is closer to me than the one in Universal City but I prefer to go to universal because it’s neater and easier to find things. One thing I noticed in a lot of the Home Depot is there used to better customer service.

Just a really great and friendly staff every time I visit The Home Depot in Windcrest. Never have had trouble finding exactly what I need.

The store employees here were the best I have experienced in my Home Depot shopping over many years. Bought a product recommended by an employee and am very happy with it.

well, I did buy a shed at Home Depot and I used the design help inside the store and it still was cheaper than having one built by anybody else. I was quoted hundreds of dollars more by other contractors, and this one is built, painted to match my home, delivered and installed for an amazing price.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer and there was a issue which was quickly rectified by both Store manager and Samsung. Of late I purchased a refrigerator and there were no problems and Carl W at Appliance Specialist did an excellent job.

We had to buy kitchen cabinets. Immediately Alex. M offered to assist us. He was very kind, professional & patient with us. He helped us thru the entire process. He always kept a smile & was very courteous with us. We were so impressed that we praised him to his immediate supervisor. Great job Alex. M. We will be back to see you.

This location is MUCH friendlier than the Forum location in our opinion. The people are willing to help and answer questions and you can find someone around the store easily. The Forum is the opposite COMPLETELY. Carl W. is our "go-to" person in appliances. We've purchased a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator from Carl. We looked at Washer and Dryers at the Forum location and NO ONE approached us to help us. We reviewed prices then decided to go to the Walzem location and seek out Carl W. for assistance and like always, he was there and helped us. We purchased both a washer and dryer today. Thanks Carl W.!

I got the best service and advice! I even got great advice on my drill that had nothing to do with the screws I bought, but helped prevent calluses. :) thumbs up!

I was able to buy the items I needed for the project that I had for the day.

I have almost gotten used to retail stores having no employees to help find products and answer questions. I was so pleased when three men in the garden section helped me find a portable generator that was located on a top shelf in an area other than most of the generators. They made an extra effort to lift it down, load it in a cart walk me through check out and load it into my car. Thanks to Flavio, Devin and Tyler for their excellent service.
