Home Depot always has what i need

Good Shopping today I'm becoming more familiar with the layout and on this day the Departmental Employee was very, very helpful as well as courteous and friendly. I was able to find the products I was looking for with the help of the Store Dept. Stocker. Good Day for Me!

The associates at the entrance door are always every helpful when we need to know location of products. All the people in the store are always very helpful.

This store has everything I need and at a competitive price. There are a Few Customer Service Personnel that are there for you that are kind as well as respectful to you as a customer at this store. I'm still learning the layout of the departments and where to find the thing I'm looking for.

I came to get some info about Drip Irrigation systems in the Plumbing Department. I was helped by Benny and he is a Pro in these systems for your garden. He was very patient, was not rushed and knew everything about these systems, the parts for diy or the assembled kits. Left the store confident that I can do this, but if I have any questions I can always come back and ask for advice.

iT IS MY STORE. MOST OF THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE GREAT. SOMETIMES IS DIFICULT TO FIND ASSISTANCE WHEN LOOKING FOR THE ARTICLE I NEED. OVERALL THEY ARE MY ONE STOP SHOPING

The store is ok but needs more attention to cleanness and for sure you need more staff walking the different departments and to be ready to answer questions we might have in finding the items we are looking for. Over all the staff in general shows professionalism and good customer's skills. Some more than others. In my opinion you do not have sufficient staff on pick hours. It is not the employee's fault is more of lack of attention from your managerial staff. I based my comments on my professional experience managing a staff of 56 employees working in the banking industry as Sr VP in charge of branches.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Most are knowledgeable or will find the right person.

great store

I would recommend the store if one had time to burn, store employees and organization seem to be very scattered helter-skelter, there seem to be no real game plan for helping shoppers who really needed help, when an associate tried to help they were usually from a different apartment and not famaliar with the department you were shopping in so they had to try and locate someone from that department which usually was not effective and took much time. Store shelves were in general disarray with many items miss stocked or not stocked at all, made it very difficult to locate your item. I firmly believe with proper guidence, direction, and training this store could become a flagship store ps: there were many courteous qualified associate working there

Store is well located and is one of the oldest stores in San Antonio, Tx . It appears Management knows what they are doing as the employees are friendly and helpful when a person needs help finding something.

The sales associate that helped me with my purchase was Rudy . Rudy was very attentive explain things in detail . I needed an associate with lots of patients , and I got one , when purchasing large appliances , I have so many questions that needs to be answered to my satisfaction and understanding . I'm sure I took up more time than usual , I was given that time . I hope that the delivery of my appliances and the installment goes as well Jacqueline

This home depot store has great customer service, friendly staff, good products and great prices.

I cannot say this enough. This store has the best customer service. Everyone so friendly and helpful and just going above and beyond to help a customer out. Definitley worth the trips.

There are are always friendly/knowledgeable staff willing to help! Great selections and prices. This place can be a little messy, but it always exceeds my expectations with exceptional customer service.

Our cashier Jennifer did not apply military discount after being shown proper identification. Rather than apply the discount, my decorated veteran was told to go through the line again. Busy time of day, lines too long. She was obviously flustered and we lost a good discount. 30 April, 1:39 p.m.

Store is Clean and has very nice and great customer service! Employees are very helpful and very greeting too!
