We had a great experience with friendly staff asking if we needed help a lot. We were just disappointed that the boxes were wet and fell apart - more quality issue i think, not really home depots.

Recently I purchased a toliet at Home Depot. Not knowing what to get I knew I needed help. Wallace help me by pointing out the difference of each one, and making sure that I had everthing that I needed to have in installed. This is not the first time the he has helped me. The Paint sales associate recommended the paint with primer for complete coverage of bedroom wall. We were extemely happy with her recommendation as it covered EVERYTHNG and upon returning to the store, shared our positive experience with her. On our return trip the associates were very helpful in directing us to the location of the "stuff" we were looking for. We never are reluctant to ask for help at this store.

I enjoy shopping at this location. The store is well maintained, arranged, and the employees friendly and helpful.

I have shopped at the Woodridge Home Depot since it opened. Over these years I have come to recognize many of the employees by face and some by name to the extent that I feel guilty if I have to go to a different hardware store for an item that was offered on sale. I use the "Depot" for advice, ideas, education, and even repair on a project I may have botched by my own efforts. I appreciate the smiles of the staff and there have been occasions I have seen and greeted some of the employees when they weren't at the "Depot". I also have found most of the tools and construction needs that I have can be met by the stock at the Home Depot. I plan to continue shopping at the Woodridge Home Depot for the quality of their goods and for the friendliness of the staff who work there. As a final note, I actually saw the assistant manager from a nearby ACE hardware walk in to the "Depot" in front of me. I guess he also appreciates the benefits of the "Woodrige Home Depot"

I had an idea of what I wanted to do around our little garden, store associate, understood my plan an helped me pick out what I was looking for.

Everyone was so helpful and I enjoyed my shopping experience.

I not only have several projects in my own home but my daughter's as well. I am always at this store at least several times a week. The assocites are always freindly and willing to help. The cashiers and other Frontend staff always greet you when entering and always THANK YOU for shopping. Never had a past experience.

Good help in the electrical department, but special recognition for "Sam" on the Special Services Desk. She is a Jewel with a great attitude toward helping the customer.
