I love my local store it's always clean, organized, well laid out so you can find your way to whatever you need (other stores I've been to are a maze). The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable on most all subjects. And they are always very efficient with assisting us all to checkout as quickly and effortlessly as possible. And they always have really great random clearance items for whatever reason. I purchased a ryobi hp brushless pruning shear a few days ago because I saw it was on the clearance endcap. I've been wanting this for a while but at its full price of 150 bare tool I couldn't force myself.. but on clearance it was a very reasonable 63 dollars, so I splurged.

I am lucky enough to shop at this Home Depot for my project needs. The store is always clean and well-stocked, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and they have good dog treats too!

This is the friendliest Home Depot I’ve ever been too. Every staff member smiles at you. Our Home Depot’s in Utah are so different. Employees at ours literally avoid eye contract with and it’s hard to find any help. The young gal in the paint dept. was awesome. Our cashier Shawna was happy, helpful and incredible. Thanks for having a great store, full of great people.

I wanted to buy the floor sample for Lamp #1004-564-729 T20 Industrial Balance Desk Lamp, but the store clerk said I couldn't because it was a floor sample. I politely asked to speak to the store Manager, Kellie, and she told me that I actually could buy the lamp, because "it was part of our inventory," and I was very pleased with how she helped me. I also had a great experience with the cashier Alissa. She suggested that I buy an extended warranty for my lamp for only $6.00 more, and I did.

The Home Depot self-checkout system is a baffling, unnecessary disaster. It is designed for five items at a grocery store, not a cart full of lumber, concrete, heavy tools, screws in bags, and PVC pipe that refuses to scan. This system doesn't save time; it simply shifts the labor of inventory management and checking out onto the customer, all while expecting them to be faster and more accurate than a trained cashier. The entire process is disrupted by inevitable "unexpected item in the bagging area" errors and machine malfunctions. This failure is compounded by California’s age restriction mandates. I can purchase a $400 power tool, but the entire transaction locks up because I also grabbed a permanent marker, utility knife blades, or spray paint. These common, low-cost items are coded as age-restricted, requiring a store associate to stop what they are doing, walk over, and manually key in an override code. This bureaucratic nonsense completely defeats the purpose of "self-checkout." It saves no time, creates a massive bottleneck, and forces mandatory employee intervention for items irrelevant to the spirit of the law. It is a cynical, labor-saving system that creates maximum customer frustration and retail inefficiency. I would much prefer a human cashier.

I always get my live Christmas tree at Home Depot. They are always helpful, professional, and friendly!

I’m not sure if my last review was store specific so here we go again.. John T deserves a huge shoutout. He’s always killing it when it comes to keeping the shelves stocked and customers happy. It’s noticeable when he’s not there. I’d also like to thank Mi Mi and Kristen for holding down the service desk when I have orders or returns and Melonie, Pam, Mary and Jessica at the registers. You’ve got some great people at this Depot!

As a Handyman company owner i frequented this store. Was always helped when i asked i re cieved pro help exept in paint dept. for the most part. I am knowledgable about products i need just not where to find them all the time. Need employees to have more knowledge as to your product and where to find it.

This store is in the top ten of Home Depot store in the West and Southwest. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and will assist you with a smile. They will take take the time to show you what will fulfill your needs and even help you order the item(s) online in the store. A pleasure to shop here.

Employees, They are not always experts but they can help me find what I need. They leave me alone when I dont need them, they help when I need them.

Store is always clean. Employees are always courteous and help me find what I'm after. I like Home Depot and am very grateful to have one in our town. I also so support our small local hardware store. Home Depot hurts them some, but we locals keep use both stores.

The entire customer service department in aYV is by far the best around. Always helpful, kind and courteous. YV is by far the best store around. I have never had a bad experience no have I ever felt more comfortable asking for assistance. Being a woman usually we get treated like we are a bother.. not here!!! Love the staff here!

We left with no paint

I forgot to comnent that I called store ahead of visit and employee told me they would bring an electric cart to my car upon arrival. I found an employee already outside. He stopped when I rolled down car window to call to him. He went in store and got me an ele truc/ handicap cart right away.

I had a frustrating experience with a Prodesk representative who was completely unqualified and untrained. When I questioned her actions, she hung up the phone. I had to restart my order with a well-trained representative. It’s disappointing because all my previous experiences were excellent in this location and the manager is all stars. But this employee really should consider a different job as Prodesk customers spend a lot of money to be subjected to this no matter what.

On March of 2025 I received a copy of a bill from this store. I moved from Yucca Valley in June 2021. I have not been to this store in years. I am house bound in Westmoreland, TN with my family. Your nearest store is about 30 miles from me. Please check on this billing. Forged bill.

it's really rude when you get helped with the cashier and they are yelling at each other back and forth while helping you, and without acknowledging you when your all done with the purchase.
