This store is filled with cheap Chinese junk. They don’t stock materials that fit the area it serves. What numbskull plants grass in the high desert, only someone who doesn’t realize water is precious in the desert!

I feel very good about shopping at Yucca Valley Home Depot. I do sometimes find that the tools department takes a little longer than I would like but that is easily remedied. Keep up the good work.

Everyone is so stressed from current events today that to find a happy an friendly staff is unusual. The employees at Home Depot were so helpful and friendly.

Went in tonight and was greeted by a young lady with a big smile by the name of Yoli, she was awesome! Answered our questions and was very helpful.

Great product selection, great prices, and most important, staff who are courteous and knowledgeable. Bring your latest DIY question and you'll come away with the right tools, material, plus great advice. And a warm feeling that makes you want to return.

I have been coming to the Home Depot in Yucca Valley since their opening and have never had a bad experience with customer service.

Every time I go in the store, if I need help, someone comes to show me what I need.

This store has great service Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Outside of these hours, good luck to you if you need anything like wire cut.

While the kids workshop is a great event it really should be placed in a better location that don't prevent contractors from getting the lumber needed maybe put in an isle with smaller items so other customers can go around and still shop

So glad we have a Home Depot in our remote area. Place orders by phone and have them delivered to home or the store. An enormous amount and a wide variety of materials and tools available. Well-trained friendly staff.

Walking through the isles it’s easy to find help when you need it.

I injured myself getting lumber and the cashier Erika B was so nice to get me bandages and make sure I was ok. ( my fault with the injury). Always friendlier than other HDs

The Yucca Valley HD is always a certain pleasant place to shop; employees appear to be friendly not just to shopper but helpful and polite to each other as well. It is very nervewracking when you are shopping and sense tension or animosity amongst the staff, THIS HAS NEVER been my experience at Yucca Valley HD( i shop there alot).

they have amazing staff here at this location who always are there to help and who are just generally are nice to talk too, good people and good store with alot of things always in stock!
