I could not get simple help regarding paint- employees were busy but that’s no excuse and then heard same employee insult another customer re his face mask.

Today, upon my shopping at HD, I had a young associate go way beyond to provide great customer service. Could not say enough good about this young woman. She made my shopping experience a great one. Thank you so much!!

I bought some flooring from home depot online a while back. It took a month to receive it. When it came half was unusable. Alissa got everything straightened out for me. She was extremely helpful and kind.

Mike told me to wear goggles when I used a drain cleaning product. Some liquid came up and hit the goggles. Might have saved my eyesight

The new sign up for the Military Discount Program is convoluted, unnecessarily detailed, and time consuming. Before, all I had to do was show my retired military ID card!

This is the second time Alex has seen me trying to find something helped, and no he doesn't know me. I've seen him help others too! Mike G and Alex are employees that keep us coming to this store.

I purchased lumber, strong ties, hardware, bird seed and twist ties. Products were fine, the best thing was having plenty of wood stock on hand so I could choose my lumber. I would say that in the building area, the shelves could use more tending because products get mixed up due to customers not putting them back where they belong.

Terry in Returns was incredibly friendly and helpful. As a previous manager it is clear to me that she is a shinning example of a quality manager. Alicia, Rhonda and Cassie were also very friendly and helpful. The level of friendliness and great customer service is why I keep coming to this location (even though I live in Beaumont.

Amos was extremely helpful in plumbing dept. and as he was putting together the items on my list he gracefully assisted 3 other customers. When he put in a will call his colleague Connie at customer service dept., made calls to other stores to get the items not available in YV store.

Yes the assistant was very helpful took care of transaction I was having trouble with. The product that was looking for was displayed in place that was easy to get to and for me to put in a cart. The store kept up and real clean real clean. The associates were very friendly and ready to help if needed.
