Located the item I needed in the store and it was $10 less than what was listed on line. Items were in stock. Associates were friendly, helpful and efficient.

I really enjoyed to this Home Depo. The sales associates that assisted me made sure all of questions and concerns was answered. Thank you Mrs. Joy, Mrs. Flowers and Mrs. Harley for your patience and curtousy. Theses ladies are phenomenal! Very nice and polite. Thanks ladies.☺️

Almost everyone in this huge store is friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience satisfying and even fun.

Great costumer service and highly knowledgeable staff

I know that a lot of people balk at the fact there aren't many choices in our area for shopping. However, without naming names, there is a certain store in close proximity to Home Depot that also offers great customer service -- if you can find an employee anywhere! I've never had a problem in that area at the Home Depot. I am retired and on social security and can find what I need at a price I can afford every time I shop there.

Thor is a wonderful team member at the yucca valley location! So friendly and went the extra mile to help me find a superhero deal on new blinds. Needless to say the man is a dedicated and professional member. Left with 100% satisfaction and I could ask more from Home Depot!

Had need of extra care in resolving a complicated situation and was blown away by her extra ordinary customer service. Serious net positive for the store and her positive can-do attitude set the standard for customer service.

Very friendly sales help and every one seems to know the entire store! People within a department really know the stock and will offer helpful suggestions. A happy place to shop!

This is the best Home Depot I have ever visited. The employees are helpful, and you can find them. Other stores employees seem to play hide and seek. This store is always neat and clean. I shop here often, and will continue to do so.

There was some shade to park under on a day with over 100 degrees temperature! The staff were friendly with each other, as well as me. They helped me find what I needed right away. It seemed people preferred to be in line a bit, rather than use the Self Service check out- that's how friendly it is. Clean, spacious, busy, but not crowded.

This is by far the best Home Depot I have shopped at. If an associate sees you with that "I am lost" look, they will actually ask if they can help you find something. They are friendly, informative, and helpful. This is in contrast to other Home Depots where, when associates see you coming, they disappear around a corner quick as you can blink. Almost always find what we are looking for, and they have a great selection of plants suited to this area. Store is neat, clean and well organized. Cashiers are friendly and personable.

I absolutely love our local Home Depot! My husband & I used to travel all the way to Rancho Mirage to purchase our building supplies & such. Now it is a joy to literally drive down the road and know that just about anything we need, we can buy right then & there. If not, we can order online & have it shipped directly to the store for pickup. This is convenient. Additionally, I find the staff to be very helpful & courteous. If I have a question, no matter the department, there is always someone who offers assistance. The store is clean, expansive, and offers a huge assortment of items. We shop here weekly!

Always a pleasure to shop at the Home Depot in Yucca Valley. Even when something goes wrong the people are always willing to make it right and they do their best to remedy the situation.

Store is always clean, well lighted. Sometimes stock is low or an item is unavailable, but associates are always willing to check the stock or order items. Sometimes it is hard to find an associate to help, but that's because they're helping other customers. When I do find someone, they are always extremely helpful and pleasant.

Absolutely a great experience. The people who work here have the best customer service of any home depot I have been to. They go above and beyond their requirements and make you feel welcome at the store. Definitely recommend and will only go to this store from now on.

Really enjoy the convenience of this store. However, customer service needs improvement. During several visits, I have not seen store staff present when shopping. Impossible to ask questions or get assistance if employees are not available to help.

This store has great employees for the most part. Most of them will bend over backwards to help you whether it results in a sale for the store or not. There are a few "lazies" as is the case everywhere, but they are a teeny-tiny minority at this store. Home Depot, the mega-corporation chain store, is not so great. They carry low quality products at high quality product prices so this is a problem at this store like every other in the chain. Fortunately for the Home Depot Yucca Valley, they have no real competition having put the other hardware stores in the area out of business by offering lower prices than could the local Ma-Pa hardware stores. Still when time is not an issue I always buy big ticket or quantity products online. I get MUCH higher quality at the same or lower price even with shipping and usually only have to wait a few days to get what I want.

Completely satisfied once again. I am a handyman at my house. I do most minor repairs, like repairing irrigation leaks and replacing toilet valves. With the help of department employees, I have been able to find exactly what I need to complete my projects. The staff at Home Depot are very helpful and courteous. I feel they are concerned that I have all that I need to get the job done, and done correctly. I am impressed with the quality of service and quantity of products at Home Depot.
