It was very clean and everything was easy to locate

Great store, helpful staff. For the product I was buying the selection was far better than Lowes.

The store associate was extremely helpful and I was able to ask him questions about installing a new light fixture. He found everything very quickly and he offered some good suggestions!

No problem finding an associate to help, there were only 2 of the 4 outdoor lights we wanted and the associate was quick to get us the extras we wanted without any fuss.

My only complaint is that there is not a home depot closer to Newcomerstown, but it is well worth the drive.

Associate Kelly helped me decipher a materials list from my electrical contractor and filling that list in addition to items the contractor forgot. It's 65 miles round trip and if I had to figure it out myself, I'm sure I would have to make another trip to return wrong or buy missing items. I've spent close to $5000 the past 3 weeks at Home Depot and convinced that I got the best price and quality for my purchases, plus timely free delivery on appliances.

Regardless of the area I'm in at home depot I always receive excellent service.

Nice store to shop, associates are friendly. Had plenty of product that I was looking for.

I have had a pulled back muscle, and would have liked help on getting the shingles on a cart. None of the employees are around. Then the cashier could have ask me if I wanted help to load stuff in my car but she didn't. Wife had to help me unload it into my car.

We went to the store to buy topsoil and we always go through and see what else we may want. We have been looking for a reasonable priced chest freezer and we found one and bought it. But the real reason for this review the associate in appliances was the best ever.

I needed help in four different departments, and was asked each time if I needed assistance, without having to track someone down. They were courteous and very helpful in every situation. My experience led me to request a Home Depot account, and the associate, Joyce, made that experience very easy. Thank you, Home Depot, for your great customer service!

I love the store but the associates need to pitch and help areas that are busy and pitch in.

I've been a customer of this store since it opened. I think it beats Lowe's in every way.

I had a dryer emergency and reviewed a new system to purchase both online and in-store. I was assisted by the most positive and customer focused employee. She was kind, knowledgeable, and understanding to my needs. She did everything she could possibly do to get my new dryer to me and even made me feel as though she understood me. It was sad for me, as a fifteen minute lapse caused a delay in my product from waiting 2 days to now waiting 6 days, all because I went to buy a gift card first after the quote.

I am always able to find quality materials at a fair price. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and are eager to help.

store was clean but no one asked if we needed help

The store is very well stocked and has a great selection of products. My wife and I were seeking tile backsplash solutions and received the help of a young gal who happened to be working off her student loans to become a teacher. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and perky. We greatly appreciated her help and were delighted to find a store associate that helpful.

Employees are always friendly and the store is always well stocked and clean.

I went to Home Depot to get paint for my room. The associates there helped me with everything from finding the right color to making sure I got the right kind of paint for the job. They were genuinely interested in my project and I had fun conversing with them! Thank you!
