If I pick up a 12x12 rug in store will it be folded or rolled. Thanks
Hello Mingy, thank you for contacting us. We ship out our rugs folded if it is over 72 inches due to carrier policies. So the 12 x 12 rug will arrive folded, but the creases and fold marks are not permanent as they can rid of from reverse rolling the rug.

Helo Tylynn, if you are planning to use a rug on top of a carpet with furniture on top, we highly advise using a rug pad intended for carpets as the weight of the furniture or walking on it will cause the rug to bunch.
RE the light blue/dark blue: Please describe the 2 major colors in detail- for example, is it a sky blue and turquoise? Baby blue and teal?, etc.. The more detail you give, the morehelpful it will be. Thank you!

Hi there, Packing and shipping may cause temporary creases in area rugs. To remove them back-roll/reverse roll your rug and allow time for the creases to relax.
