I am trying to figure out the electrical supply. Am I correct-the dryer plugs into a 240 outlet. The washer plugs into the dryer but with what??? What kind of cord is used?
Hi Carol, thanks for your question. With model WPA12100UC, they are supplied with a standard 3-prong power cord and require 240 volts. If stacking units, the washer plugs into the dryer, but a power adapter is needed. You can refer to the spec sheet here: https://tinyurl.com/yc8pjytz.
Dryer comes with a 4 prong 240v adaptor which plugs into the 240v wall receptacle. Both the washer and dryer plug into the adaptor. If you need a 3 prong 240v adaptor, then order accessory WTZPA30US.
