A: Hi! Thanks for taking the time to ask. When using Bake, Convection Bake or Convection Roast, the temperature range is thus: 170-550 degrees F. The temperature range reached when the oven is set for the Proof Mode is approximately 80 to 95 degrees F can cannot be adjusted. Hope this helps! Happy cooking. -Michael@Cafe
A: Thanks for reaching out! This range does not require a WiFi connection to operate. We do however recommend that you occasionally connect the WiFi with our SmartHQ app so any software updates that are available for this model will automatically occur. As far as convection is concerned, if you choose Convection Bake as your cooking mode, then the convection fan will operate. If you choose to use "Bake", the convection fan will not turn on. We hope this helps, and should you have any additional questions, please reach out to us!- Kianna@Café
A: Hi there! The key panel (left and right display) should turn off when the oven is not in use. If the door is left open or oven light is left on, the key panel back light will remain on. So, if the oven door's closed, the oven light's off, and the auto off feature kicks in, the display would also go to sleep. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach us via social media. -Gina@Café
