I love my dryer
I purchased this dryer because it was small, I needed one for my apartment. When I first used this dryer to me it did not get hot quick enough, however after the third use, this dryer left a different impression on me. It got hot in the amount of time it would take a bigger size dryer, it holds a nice amount of clothes for its size, it does not take long to dry a load of clothes and I love using it.

Learn to trick the sensor
I purchased the dryer because it was compact (small size), runs on 110v (now known as 120v), has no wifi and is a companion to the wonderful upright washer GNW128SSMOWW. I would have preferred a compact gas dryer, but apparently they are not made at this size.
My first load, a small amount of linen hand towels and some small cotton items, was a failure as the heat simply did not kick in using the "Timed Cycle for High Heat" (there is also Fluff cycle with no heat and Automatic cycle with low heat). Even giving that the unit is running on a small electric current so longer dryer times can be expected, it felt like an utter failure. Same for the second load of bed sheets.
I thought I was going to have to return it (and look for a heat-pump dryer, the latest ventless technology that they say is extremely efficient). Then I did a load of terry cloth bath towels and low and behold the heat kicked in and the load dried properly.
As best I can deduce, the washer's spin cycle is so effective that there is not enough moisture in the clothes to trigger the dryer's heat element. So I started always including a terry cloth towel (any size) and that seems to trick the dryer's sensor. The load size is adequate, the dryer is quiet and thankfully has no jarring end-of-cycle buzzer. Lint filter is accessible. The action on door opening is not exactly smooth, but not a major problem. Dryer is mounted on wheels, which will make sweeping/vacuuming easier. (it stayed in place during use).
I've had the dryer for two weeks. Knowing how to trick the senor might make all the difference.
