Small burner quit working exactly a month after warranty expired
one of the small burners quit working one year and one month after installation, just a month after warranty expired, everything else seems to be working fine, please get an extended warranty if you don't want to make the same mistake as i did and pay out of pocket.

Poor Quality and Customer Service
Be cautious the warranty does not cover the glass top damage due to manufacturing and design flaws after 3 months. I purchased this range 9 months ago which was similar to my existing range. Soon thereafter I noticed that the glass top was not easy to clean and even though I used the recommended cleaning product some spots were difficult to remove. A couple of days ago a chip the size of a quarter came off the glass top in the center of the large burner after cooking. Assuming I had bought my appliance only 9 months ago I tried to call GE to ask for warranty coverage. First GE makes it as difficult as possible to find a customer service phone number and their automated service keeps trying to to set you up for a repair schedule. After my persistence to finally speak to a rep I was informed that the warranty does not cover the damage which was caused by normal use. While disappointed I asked for the price to replace the top. I was surprised to hear that the price was over $900 plus labor. Looks like I have to buy a new range after 9 months of use.

Easy to use and nice looking stove
Only have had this for a few months but everything works as advertised. Tried all of the features and so far so good. Easy to clean glass top.

Great stove but the top cracked for no reason
I was enjoying this range, the quick boil burner worked really well. Went to cook dinner, and there is a long crack down the length of the stove top. It wasn’t there when I made dinner the night before, and no one had used the stove since! I’m so bummed. We bought out appliances in September for our home being built. We moved in 3 weeks ago, so just began using it. Didn’t even last a month of use!

Basic Plus!
I was looking for a basic range, but was also shown this one with Convection and Air Fry options as well as Steam Clean. The extra cost seemed reasonable. After trying both cooking options, Im VERY glad I went with the upgrades! My only complaint is the Owners Manual is basically online which is awkward. Otherwise HIGHLY recommended!
