Not Thrilled
I bought this a month ago and am still trying to find the best settings that work. I do not like to dry my clothing on high, but no other setting gets close to getting the clothes dry. Usually, the waist bands and hemlines - in-other-words, any thicker or layered fabric - is still damp. When I reset the dryer to finish drying, it will not stay on more than a couple of minutes because the sensing system tells it the clothing is dry when, in fact, it is not. I have only been able to get the results I want by using the manual settings. All that is really needed to make this a nice appliance would be a heat setting option and a timing control. All the fancy digital nonsense is pretty much useless. I have not yet tried the steam option.

If stacking. Add 27” stacking kit to your cart.
I have had it 4 days. So far so good. It takes longer to dry than my old ge; it took me 25 mins for all clothing and 40 for towels. This “senses” 57 mins for clothing and over 1 1/2 hrs for towels 👎. I monitor it and change accordingly, so it doesn’t run up my electric bill. If you are stacking. ORDER THE 27” STACKING KIT! It is not included with all the other stuff thrown in the cart at checkout by HD. They will not stack at delivery w/out it. You will have to do it yourself.

Installers suck
The product is good but the installers failed to fix the dryer's exhaust duct so it comes out of the machine every time I move it. The also left of the strain relief section of the electrical cord so I found wires rubbing against the metal edges of the access.
Hopefully the next set of installers will fix it

Nice dryer
I have had this dryer for 3 weeks now and it works really good. There are lots of setting, but it was a little difficult to connect to to the app. I had to reach out to support and they were able to help me. I’m still learning all the functions and options that come with the app. I’m sure I’ll like it even more once I really learn what all it can do.

Great Capacity and features

Solid performance.

Additionally, we enjoy the connection to the wifi and Internet. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is that the controls were hard to see because the machines were short. We then both the pedestals.
