9.0 cu. ft. Vented SMART Stackable Electric Dryer in Black Steel with TurboSteam and Sensor Dry Technology

things are Location, Location, and Location.. For me, in a dryer it is Size, Size, and Size! And at 9 cubic feet, this one has it. I have a king size bed and I was tired of wadding up my blankets, bedspreads, quilts, and even my sheets and stuffing them in the dryer, stopping it every few minutes to take them out and turn them and stuff them back in so a different section could dry and finally taking they out and laying them over some furniture to finish drying. Yes they still wad up some on their own and maybe once in a cycle I have to stop and untangle it but nothing like before and in the end, they are actually dry. Regular clothes are easy and delicates are simple. It is a dryer and it dries my laundry - all of it!

The 9.0 cu ft dryer has a huge capacity so you can dry comforters and blankets comfortably. We picked this up to replace another electric dryer that had 7.0 cu ft capacity and that extra 2.0 cu ft. difference made such an impact for us! The auto sensor on this dryer seems to work well for regular loads and clothes come out dry but not burning hot. In mixed loads however, the sensor will stop before the thickest items are dry (ie. a couple of washcloths in a load of tshirts). That being said, there are different dryness level settings, and I’ve not yet tried the “dryest” setting (or sorting my laundry), preferring to simply add an extra 20 minutes if it is needed. There are five heat settings, with the lows being a truly low heat, great for delicate items, as well as an energy saver mode, in which the cycle length is longer, beginning with an “air dry” section. The dryer has many smart settings, including steam cycles, to adjust according to the load, and the different cycles are well laid out in the owner’s manual. Although it has a 2 cu ft more capacity, the footprint is not much bigger than our previous one, so we were still able to use it in our small laundry room. We also like the extra fine mesh screen/filter that captures even smaller lint/dust/dandruff from clothing and does not send it into the exhaust vents, where buildup can be a major fire hazard (not to mention it messes with the dry level sensors). If/when lint does build up in the exhaust the dryer also features a “flow sense light” which will turn on, letting you know it's time to clean the vents. This appliance runs quietly and has tones to let you know a cycle is over. I always find that it takes time to get used to a new dryer and determine your favorite settings for different loads, but I like that there are a good variety of settings available, it is easy to operate, and I love the extra drying space. Overall, this is a great dryer that we hope to use for many years to come.

LG Electronics 9.0 cubic foot Mega Capacity Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry and Turbo Steam in Black Steel is a very gorgeous unit. It has many many different dryer cycles, air dry, wrinkle care, permanent press, steam, sanitary speed dry and also steam. The drum is huge so it dries the clothes very quickly! This dryer is very quiet, had nice musical notes when done dryer is done. Easy to read electronic panel, you can even start it up with your smart phone! Also has lint filter sensor, that tells you when to check it and also a sensor to let you know if your vent hose is plugged up. FANTASTIC DRYER!!!!

LG Electronic Mega 9.0 cu in Dryer is absolutely the best dryer we’ve ever own, it’s just absolutely amazing what it can do. We own the LG Electronic large capacity washing machine and wife loves it, we been waiting on get the dryer and finally got one. The black steel color is so great, with the color of our Landry we just updated the black steel just pops. The steam option my wife will be using a lot of, she a bail-bond agent and always looking for a non wrinkled shirt. Now one of the best options is the 9.0 cu in MEGA load dryer, my wife washed a large load of clothes she saved so when dryer came in she could use it. As you can see the large load of clothes didn’t even put a dent in the space available, you could put 2 large loads in and still have room left. So after a couple of dryer cycles a warning light came on saying empty lint trap, awesome options (14 of them) like sensor Dry System dryer runs efficiently and dries clothes on the set cycle. This mega dryer is about 2-3 inches taller then the large capacity washer machine, so I will be making a custom stand so they are at equal height. This LG Mega dryer is priced accordingly but if you can afford it a absolute must have, it’s quite and alarm to let you know when dryer is done. Can hook up to Wi-Fi, then washer which you can also connect and dryer will know what setting for drying time you need after washer is done. There is so many option it’s had to fit them all in, but I know one thing I absolutely 100% would recommend this LG Electronic Megs 9.0 cu in dryer to anyone wether family or friends.
