Excellent Performance
Have had this model for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it! Had read many reviews and decided this was the one that suits our purpose ... glad we did. Installed as instructed, and the ice/water maker is fantastic! Eliminates the need for a pitcher of water in the refrigerator, giving me more space and saves energy, as I'm not opening the door several times a day for water! Hubby loves the ice, we find the whole unit very quiet, even when it's making ice - no complaints. At 33", interior is huge, so impressed with the space, drawers & shelves. We purchased stainless steel and find it stands up to the smudge proof claims, and gleams. Here's hoping the unit as a whole stands the test of time and we're just as pleased years from now. We already had an LG washer & dryer, and now a new refrigerator. Thanks LG for the great products!

Awesome product
We bought this refrigerator over a month ago and so far it's super quite and the water tastes great despite what other people are saying we love it so far. It has a ton of room. Thanks LG for a great product.

Overall great fridge. I'd recommend for installation against a wall (even if on the ice maker/left side). When installed next to a wall, only loss of functionality is being able to open the deli drawer completely (which is okay) and not being able to fully open the fridge door. Still able to open and remove the ice bin (YAY!). Fridge Space: Overall I feel like there is plenty of space and it can be organized well (with bins). I'm still getting use to the space. I find having bins is important to maximize the space. Having the slide back shelf is imperative if you have two liters or other tall items not stored in the door. The shelf portion at the back of the slide back shelf is a little weird, but I think it is better than having a full tall shelf. Storing in the doors is useful. Able to store heavy and tall items in one part of the right door. The remaining shelves are good for smaller items. Fridge Doors: They don't close easily without doing an intentional final push (doesn't close with just a normal force of closing). As a resident in the house I found my habit formed quickly, but I am concerned about when I have guests/parties. I had a few friends over one weekend and they were considerate. They noticed they had to do a final push to close the left door. The right door (with ice maker) closes heavier and I've discovered it is because I'm missing a piece that makes for a softer close. I haven't contacted the manufacturer for a replacement yet, but I will soon. Without that piece is 'slams' close and makes the fridge rock. The bottles in that door were clanking. I've rearranged the bottles and no longer have the loud clank sound. Fridge Shelves: I was displeased that you can only have the slide back self on the right side. The shelves are all split shelves and you can install them at different heights if desired. They are sturdy when not installed the same height all the way across but you cannot take a left side shelf and put it on the right side (there are different brackets for the center of the fridge vs. the wall of the fridge). Being stuck with the slide back shelf on the right side made for harder access for me since my fridge is installed next of a wall on the left side. It not's impossible, just less desirable. I would have preferred to have more of my bins and jars on the right side where I can slide our bins easier, but it is okay, just more cumbersome since my fridge is installed next to a wall on the left. Freezer: I’m still getting use to the freezer space and haven’t taken the time to come up with a good system yet. The bottom drawer so far seems to be adequate for me, but to be honest I only have a bunch of frozen bags of meat like (chicken and shrimp). I put a whole slab of pork ribs in there without issue. The divider in the bottom drawer seems flimsy, so I see this breaking in my near future if I try to put too much in the bottom drawer (which is inevitable). The depth of the top drawer is deeper than I thought. I was able to put a few bins in there and when I measured from the bottom of the inside top drawer to the top of the space to clear when closing there is an impressive 8.5”. Plenty of space to stand up burritos and other bags/canisters of items one would put in a freezer. The bottom drawer has an inside height of 10” (may be slightly higher, but not by much). I’m not sure if that is sufficient to store a frozen pizza upright, but if you are a huge frozen pizza consumer you need to consider this, since there isn’t a space for pizza storage at the front of the drawer. Also, the top drawer closes flush to the bottom drawer when closing completely (meaning there is no space for taller boxes at the front when closing). So that means 10” is your maximum vertical height with this freezer. The bottom divider is adjustable to as thin or wide as you want. As per most drawers in freezers and fridges, there is a point where the bottom drawer slopes upwards at an angle. There is a designated space for the extra ice bin. It fits securely and doesn’t waste much space. If you don’t want to use the bin it can be removed easily and there is only small raised areas at the corners of where the bin would sit that may get in the way of repurposing the space. Shouldn’t cause issues, but may seem odd depending on if you are wanting to put a difference bin in that space. Ice Maker: Makes enough ice for me (single person). I’m not sure how well it would keep up with a larger household, but emptying into the extra ice bin was painless and I will just plan ahead when I have parties (which I have to do anyways). The smaller ice cubes don’t bother me and I haven’t experienced any issues with anything freezing up or making loud sounds (been installed for about three weeks). The crushed ice is fine and similar to any other fridge I’ve encountered. Some of the pieces are a little large, but that’s normal in my experience. The interface is easy enough to use, but the buttons are little difficult to get use to where to push, but it became a habit eventually. As for guests, I think it is about a normal as any fridge (who else hasn’t been at someone’s house looking at the fridge for a moment trying to figure out what and where to press for water vs. cubed ice vs. crushed ice?) The mechanism that dispenses ice and closes afterwards is great (no more stuck ice cubes in the flap of the ice dispenser!). It sounds like instead of a flap that is gravity controlled (like most fridges) I think there is a slide door that the fridge opens and closes electronically. The good news is no more stuck ice cubes that melt and make the inside frost up because warmer air is getting into the freezer. The possible downside is it may be something that will break overtime (fingers crossed it doesn’t). My last fridge was ancient and still kicking, but it rusted out on the front side from ice being caught and melting, so I’m super excited that hopefully I won’t have that problem here. The water dispenser is quite fantastic. The pressure is just right (no more baths while filling my cup of ice with water). There is a small gap on my unit where the dispenser area meets the façade, so I have a concern that maybe water will make its way in at some point. I’m keeping an eye on it for now, but may opt to use some clear caulk at some point. Façade: So magnets work great on the front and sides. Smudges aren’t bad overall, but if that kind of thing drives you nuts, you will see the smudges. Personally I don’t notice anything except sometimes. The inside of the doors smudge pretty bad from the opening and closing mechanisms. You don’t see it when the unit is closed, but when opening the doors it definitely catches my eye. I personally don’t care, so I haven’t tried to mitigate or prevent it (attaching a photo for your reference). Opening and Closing: You have to be mindful that the doors close. I don’t have an issue with the freezer as much as I do with the right fridge door. It is the lightest and has a tendency to just not get enough momentum just from a forceful swing. Instead you typically must do an intentional final push to close it completely. You get use to it, but this could be a deal breaker for some. I can only image how bad it could be for a gentler person or someone absent minded. My left side door is slamming, but it is because I am missing a piece and haven’t gotten a replacement just yet.

This fridge is exactly what we wanted to fit in the 33 inch wide opening that we have. Most fridges with this much space and a door ice-maker and water dispenser seem to be in the 35+ inch width range, so this was a nice find. Bear in mind, it's not huge, but given the width it has a good amount of space - comparable to the fridge we had before. The ice maker doesn't hold a lot of ice, but you can empty it into the ice tray in the freezer if you need to store up ice for a special occasion. I do like the little ice cubes too. We also used the Ice Plus feature and it does indeed produce the ice faster. The number of shelves in the fridge along with the ability to adjust them seems to work well. Similar with the freezer - it's easy to organize and find things. You do have to open both french doors of the fridge to use the full-width deli drawer, but that's just a minor annoyance. We've only had it a couple of weeks, but the fridge and freezer do hold to the set temperatures. I'll be keeping an eye on the LG Linear Compressor and updating this review if it causes issues in the future, but LG supposedly offers a long warranty on the compressor.

I have had this refrigerator around a month now. I love it! It is spacious, provides a place for everything of any height, and you can see everything in the fridge. The freezer set up is awesome and allows for easier stacking and loading of frozen food. I also like the beep that it gives when the door is open, with grandkids running around this is very helpful. I did a lot of research before buying this fridge and couldn't be happier with my decision.

Great buy !
Due to my limited space we have to purchase a no more than 33” wide refrigerator. For a family of 5 , Less than 21’cubic inside space would be not enough. So this one is standard depth but not to bulky like others and so the 24.5’ cubic volumen it makes her unique. This refrigerator fits perfect for us. It’s really compact and space efficient. Some reviews mentioned ice cube are small (0.5”x1”) , but for me are excellent in size n shape. Ice machine has never get stoked or anything as some other mentioned as well. Delivery and installation was quick and flawless.

WE love this LG Refrigerator, It works great, easy to read the temperature of both the refrigerator and freezer, does not show finger marks on the outside, easy to use the water and ice cubes on the door. We have had it for a month, and every time my wife goes into the kitchen, she can't stop raving about it. Home Depot was great installing the unit, and during this covid 19, they were very responsible with all they did. My wife loves it so much, she said she had to replace our washer and dryer now to match the Refrigerator, we simply could not have any white appliances now that we had bought our new Stainless Steel LG Refrigerator. We just ordered the LG washer and dryer with the similar finish. I am only grateful that LG does not sell furniture. lol, Thanks LG for a great products..

So far this fridge has been solid
The fridge is quiet, the doors are balanced and easy to close, we have had absolutely no complains after owning this fridge for well over a month. We love how bright it is inside with the LED lighting, the ice making features are also excellent and the ice refills fairly quickly. We love the retractable tray and how much space there is in the freezer. In general, we are extremely pleased with this fridge.
