Asked by Dix April 10, 2019Hi Dix. Only Gas Range Ovens come with an attached power cord. The LG 30 in 6.3 cu. ft. Single Oven Electric Slide-in Range with Self-Cleaning Convention Oven in Stainless Steel, Model # LSSE3027ST and Electric Range Ovens do not come with a supplied power cord. This range oven, like all other electric range ovens must be installed and grounded on a branch circuit by a qualified technician in accordance with the latest edition of the National Electrical code ANSI/NFPA No. 70. All the wiring should conform to your local and NEC codes. You can use either a 3-conductor or 4-conductor UL-listed range cord with closed-loop terminals, open-end spade lugs with upturned ends or similar termination and it should not be installed without a strain relief. A 3-wire connection is not permitted on new construction after January 1, 1996. For new construction after January 1 , 1996 or for all mobile and manufactured home installations, a 4-wire connection is required. You will need to check your local building codes or contact your local building inspector about which power cord can be used in your home...^IFV

Asked by Lola September 29, 2020Neither. It does not come with a power cord. That is purchased separately and is dependent on the wiring installed in your home for the range. For a 4-wire plug, you need to have 4-wire conductor from your breaker to range outlet. I upgraded mine to #6 Copper 4-wire with a 50 amp breaker.

Asked by Dragonfly76 October 2, 2019All our French Door Refrigerators feature an external Ice and Water Dispenser and will have an indoor ice storage bin in the refrigerator section & the Dual Ice Maker models will also have an Automatic Ice Maker in the freezer compartment. We currently have 4 LG Studio Models, Model # LSFXC2496D which is available in Black Stainless Steel and Stainless Steel, Model # LSSB2692ST which is only available in Stainless Steel, and Model # LSFXC2476S which is also only available in Stainless Steel. All the Balck Stainless Steel finishes and Stainless Steel finishes are the same across our Appliance lineup. Use only a 3-conductor or a 4-conductor UL- listed range cord with closed-loop terminals, open-end spade lugs with upturned ends or similar termination. Do not install the power cord without a strain relief. A range cord rated at 40 amps with 120/240 minimum volt range is required. If a 50 amp range cord is used, it should be marked for use with 13/8" diameter connection openings. This appliance may be connected by means of a conduit or power cord. A power cord is not included with the unit. ^CP
Can you explain the purpose of the remote start function if I am required to 1) physically be at the oven to change the oven to remote start and 2) it will time out if not started in a short period after the oven is placed in remote start?

Electric Single Oven Slide-In-range with ProBake Convection®, Model # LSSE3027ST is registered on your home Wi-Fi network, the Remote Start function starts preheating and then holds the temperature for up to an hour (including preheating time). One scenario where this is useful is if you had to run out and wanted the oven to preheat while you were out. Before leaving, you would turn the oven mode knob to the Remote Start position. Then you could set the cook mode, temperature and run time from your smartphone so that when you get back within the hour, all you have to do is place the food in the oven...^IFV
