      A:  That was a good question so I played with the controls and 550 degrees is the maximum. This is the best stove I have ever owned, I have told numerous people that if I ever move my next house will have this same stove!

          Don’t Buy
          This range is great when it works however if it breaks good luck repairing. The glass top can not be repaired or replaced, you must replace entire range. Look up reviews online! Had an electrical surge and it took almost 3 months for a replacement. We are having to replace range which is less than 8 years old due to 2 burners gone bad and oven won’t get higher than 265 degrees. Range has great features until it goes down DON’T BUY.

            Buy the extra warranty (or a different oven)
            this oven has a clear design flaw that allows the main frame to overheat. the first time we got the “c31” error was after a self clean. oven was only a few months old so it was repaired - replaced the entire electronics board. second and third time this happened was after cooking pizza at 550 degrees. i have owned this oven less than 2 years and am on my third repair. there is no doubt in my mind that it will break a fourth time and i will get it replaced by the warranty. hopefully by then there will be a new model available. very thankful i bought the warranty, but wish i could use my oven. going to call for my third repair tomorrow.

              Long time Samsung fan being completely letdown.
              i ordered this range and from the very start it has been a horrible experience. first xpo delivery decides that they won't install it half way for some reason even though on my invoice i was charged for it. after having it installed i get a c-f0 error before i could even use the machine. after dealing with samsung care to send a tech out to fix it, they take over a week since they have to wait for parts to arrive. that seems fair, except when the technician finally comes to fix it he finds out that they ordered the wrong part so he couldn't even complete the repair. another week of waiting for him to finally come out with the right part and then he says it is too hard to fix and recommended that i exchange it for a new one. issue still unresolved.

                Induction stove
                We could not get two of our Induction suitable cookware to work on the large burner on the right hand side of the stove top. samsung had two repair attempts to fix the stove and could not get it to work as designed. The burner would come on but would not stay on but would quit working after 5 sec. To get the burner to work with those two large pots, we have to set the pot on the back half of the burner and then turn it on and slowly slide the pot foward to center it on the burner and this lets the burner stay on.

                  Great stove
                  [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have loved upgrading our older stove to this Samsung Induction Range with Virtual Flame in Black Stainless steel . The most impressive thing we love about this stove is how quickly it can boil water in a matter of seconds. There is a boost function on the controls and if you use that it will heat the water so fast. With it being an induction stove the burners only work when an induction pan is on the burner. Remove the pan and the burner will turn off. Great safety feature. The nice flat cooktop is wonderful and easy to clean. I wish the small burner was in the front for easier to reach. The burner sizes are perfect for cooking everything you might need. The knobs turn easy and are easy to adjust on the front. My only minor issue is the controls on the front of the stove are very easy to turn on. Just pressing against the stove front causes many of the functions to turn on. The oven is very spacious. Upgrading to a convection oven is very nice and enjoy even cooking of all my food. The clean up is so easy without having the coils on the bottom fo the oven. I really love that the warmer drawer is an actual warmer drawer. There are coils that will heat up the drawer when turned on. So now I have to find a place to store my cooking pans!! I know majority of us do not use this as a warmer drawer and more as storage. You can still use it as storage, I just like the option to be able to use it if needed. We did try it this Thanksgiving when hosting family and it kept every casserole I had in there very warm until we were ready to eat.

The induction cooktop high boost makes quickly heating liquids a breeze with most boiling in near 30 second times. The convection oven has many features to use for a wide array of cooking options - including bread proof mode for low temperature dough rising, dehydrate setting, Self + Steam Clean which uses water to power through baked on spills, Auto Oven Light for baking, Kitchen Timer, Delay Start, Auto Shut-Off Option, and Child Safety Lock for stove door. The convection circulation of heat enables balanced cooking regardless of the rack or position in the oven. The additional warming tray under the stove is convenient for breads, rolls or other things needing to worm before serving. Overall, the design, functions and features are top of the line and I would recommend this range to anyone without hesitation.

                        [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooktop portion of the stove itself is awesome. The high boost boil option boils water super fast!! I love that it's almost instantly cool to touch when you lift the pan up. The blue flame is a cool touch. Now let's get to this amazing convection oven. I love to bake and this thing rocks. Much more even heating than a traditional oven. You can bake more things at once which is awesome. Also, love the bread proof option. When it's cooler outside and the windows are open this thing came in extremely handy. I can't wait to try out the dehydrate function as well. I would highly recommend this oven to anyone.

                          Water has never boiled so fast!
                          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a bit of a slow start getting up to speed with the range, as none of the pans I owned were compatible with the induction top. Once I was able to get some new pans that would work with the range, there was no going back. I am shocked at how fast water comes to a boil on this stove! It's a time saver and a true pleasure to use. The oven is simply huge and the two temperature zones make it possible to cook a roast at 350 and biscuits at 425 simultaneously. The adorable blue lights are an added bonus to this already beautiful range. I definitely recommend this range for anyone who loves to cook.

                            New range in our home.
                            [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you can understand, as a devout geek, I get really excited about any new tech; especially those that I'll interact with almost daily. The anticipation of receiving this all-new for 2019 Samsung NE58K9560W range was very intense and rightfully so; since it was a radical departure from the ordinary to the extraordinary, from a basic Kenmore to a feature-packed and state-of-the-art Samsung. On the day of arrival, the rubber hit the road running and not without a few bumps along the way. It has been told that as a slide-in range with over-lapping edges which work to cover and spaces in between the counter top and the range gives it a customized look; is both ingenious and practical, why didn't someone think of this before? This feature, however, revealed that my counter to the left sloped towards the front, which I'll have to correct to get the full custom fit look. My wife's main complaint with the range is threefold. First, she managed to lock up the upfront touch controlled display and oven door while reaching for some spices in the cabinet above, I was able to un-lock it but she wishes the controls we're positioned in the rear; we have since relocated the spices. I for one like the controls upfront because it saves my forearms from many water or grease splatters, "Ouch!" and the geek in me likes any appliance with intuitive and ergonomic touch controls. Secondly, upon removing the old with the new we discovered our white wall long hidden by the prior range was now exposed behind, which will be remedied by adding a marble backsplash to cover the white wall. And finally, we discovered that many of our Calphalon cookware was not induction ready; which I have since replaced. Having gotten past these adjustments, we needed to get ready for our family gathering planned for the following day. The new range here showed it's true colors by cooking and baking just a bit quicker, given it's precision and energy-efficient induction stovetop, and the dual convection oven compartment which cooks evenly and faster too. The warm-up drawer kept our guests food offerings warm till it was eating time. All in all, it's a winner for the Lester family kitchen and the wi-fi alerts to our Samsung Galaxy phones another winner for the geek in me, adds the finishing touches to another Samsung happy story.
