great features

Very Satisfied
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this washer for eight months now. It has performed flawlessly so far. It's best feature is its huge capacity. I can wash a lot of clothes in this machine. Its whisper quiet operation is also very nice.

Great washer

13 months of use and rendered unrepairable
i've owned the washer for just over a year. i began to have balance issues at about 11 months which led to the spin cycle not working. unfortunately, due to my schedule, i was not able to get a technician until just outside of my warranty. when i was able to schedule one initially they replaced the clutch but then a new code came up and it was the circuit board. they rendered the washer unrepairable. i spent more that what the unit sells for now and got 13 months of use out of it. now i have a partially disassembled washer in my basement to show for it. disappointed with the product and the company.

Great washer for the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After putting up with a clanging washer for over a year, I decided it was time to get a new one. I am so glad I chose my Samsung 5.0 CU. It is super quiet and my clothes have all come out super clean and smell wonderful. It has a super deep tub and my bedspreads and blankets come out clean and fresh. It has an easy to understand control panel and the music it plays when finished is an added bonus.

Don't buy this model
The lint filter design is horrible and spews chunks of lint all over my porch.
The dryer door only opens about 90 degrees, blocking me from walking past the door.
The sloped angle of the dryer top is useless, everything just slides off onto the floor.

Wow, worth it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Affordable and quality washer. This is my first time buying my own appliances and my entire home is has Samsung products so i stand by the brand.
The washer is a great size, comforters, sheets towels and large amounts of clothes fit effortlessly. Bonus is the clear top so I can see my stuff washing is cool too. Not to mention the song that plays when the cycle is complete!

Disappointing
for a large capacity washer it cant even clean a small load properly.
so far this machine does not clean any size load properly.
it’s too bad samsung even sells it. in the past i have had good samsung front loaders with no complaints, but this model is the worst.
this washer has been a struggle to continue to use over the last year, and after the move in a month or 2 it will be discarded.
