6.7 cu. ft. 240 Volt White Commercial Electric Vented Dryer

This was a nightmare to set up. The instructions are extremely unclear. We spent an hour trying to figure out how to change the settings. The instructions kept referencing a "service access door" and a key. Neither of which this model has. Finally we saw that in small print there is one paragraph specific to this model that gives 2 more unclear options you can use to change the settings. That took us another half an hour to figure out. Long story short, to change the settings on this model you have to press the buttons in a specific sequence but only when the dryer says "sync" on it right when you plug it in. It was very frustrating trying to figure this out. Once we did get the dryer working, it dried clothes fine. Only 3 settings to choose from. It makes a loud thumping noise that can be heard from the other side of the house. The basket is also fairly small. It does have a lot of settings you can change though if you're setting it up somewhere like an apartment. We bought this to replace an old dryer from the 80s but this is not any better. If anything, it's louder and it was far more difficult to set up.

This large load dryer is just the perfect mate to my Whirlpool 4.8 cu. ft washer as I can do 2 king size comforters in both and don't have to mess with having to go the laundry mat to wash and dry them as with where I live is hour drive time then hoping not to busy. This unit was very easy to install and just plugged it in and was set to start drying just push the button (colors/delicates or perm press or cotton/whites and the unit starts right up and does a quick dry for you items. And I don't have to mess with it as I hate doing laundry, but this make it easy. You can add the coin slide and coin box if you wish but I am not using as all drying is free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t mean to purchase a Commercial Dryer, but it is fantastic to have this dryer and not have to put quarters in to dry. The only issue was the delivery company refused to put them on the stands.! So now they are so low it is hard to use due to being so low. Be sure to ask your delivery company if they will do that. So frustrating now we are trying to find someone to put them up.

Took 2 techs days to figure out how to wire in. Came with no wires etc....only has 3 settings so theres no off button or air only mode. Should have chosen a standard 240 electric dryer at 1/2 the cost. Had to upgrade our electrical panel anyway.

This Whirlpool dryer is very well made. It is very simple to use you have three buttons (choices) and that is all. It has a large capacity to handle comforters and blankets. Like I said earlier it has three cycles to choose from permanent press, whites/cottons and delicates. It dries very well and a lot faster than my old dryer. The only thing is that when not in use the display flashes select cycle continuously unless you leave door open.

I bought this appliance used from a one-time owner. It works veery well and I am happy with it.

I got this washer for the tack building, and I wash horse blankets all the time. It's great! The large capacity is just what I was looking for.
