They both have great features and are very efficient! My clothes come out very clean and the dryer dries quickly!! Love them both!

My only complaints are the 1 year warranty. For a dryer of this quality and price it should be longer. Also the vent pushes the dryer away from the wall and eats ups space.

we've had this dryer now for a couple of months and already the software is showing how buggy it is. We have had to unplug and plug back in the dryer now multiple times when the screen freezes. The screen freezes OFTEN and doesn't allow you to scroll down at all to pick different washing methods. ALSO - the sensor in the dryer "senses" when your clothes are dry; but we have to run the dryer 2 or 3 times in order to get our clothes to actually dry. We've tried multiple set ups and seems we have to put "very dry" in order to get it to work the first time - which you don't want to do for delicates. Last thing - we could not get the whirlpool app to connect with this device; which would be nice to have working. Maybe we got a lemon?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It dries very well the delicates and the whites settings. The clothes come out soft and dry. But other settings are not good at all. It doesn’t dry completely, so the cycle has to be repeated again and again when it STOPS without drying completely. Either give up and spread the clothes over the chairs and drying rack or change it to the whites’ cycle to finish the load. It kind of “dictates” that the load has dried, but you touch the clothes or pillows or towels, and are still wet. I’m disappointed with the results and with the time lost. I wish there was a manual setting in order to bypass the “smartness” of machine that doesn’t always help. If other people don’t have these problems, maybe the service department should check the electronics of this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this dryer a month ago and I'm very pleased with its performance and it senses the dryness of the fabric and as soon as it's dry it shuts off automatically. You can set it to any dryness level that you like and it can also be connected to Wi-Fi to turn on and shut off with your phone.

This dryer seems like it’s straight out of a 2027 appliance magazine. It’s very sleek and fits nicely in my utility room it was very easy to set up as well. Upon first trying to use it I noticed the controls are all within the door space. Not on the top or on a separate piece of the dryer but integrated within the door of the dryer. That’s something new for me. The controls for power start pause and others are not well lit I can’t seem To find that feature so in a dark utility room it’s hard to start the process. However the LED screen makes it easy to navigate. The dryer works great I little too advanced for me. Oh and don’t forget to clean out the lint tray it will prolong the life of the dryer. I’m not even going to attempt the cell phone app too much for me.

I am so happy with this dryer, after waiting for two months as it was on back order it was well worth the wait. It is a very nice looking dryer and has so many features. It has a digital board that is very easy to understand and use. It senses the wetness of your clothes and set the time for drying accordingly. You're also able to put an app on your phone as long as you have Wi-Fi and can turn the dryer on or off from your phone.

we needed a new dryer, this looked good and we have confidence in the brand. the delivery guy did a great job, even reversing the washer and dryer, my wife is very happy. features- it has a bunch, we tested a few. works great!!! the control pad is easy to see and use. now this, the laundry comes out softer then our old dryer, even without a dryer sheet! we will use dryer sheets when needed but it is kind of amazing how this dryer does it. this is the best performing dryer we have ever owned, we love it..
