A:  The typical valve set up is on the right. If your gas comes in on the left side, you can purchase a gas line and fitting from Home Depot and run the gas around the back of the burner.

A:  The burner for this gas log set is an ?H? burner

A:  We apologize for this missing part. This is not a show stopper. The brick simply makes the back log a little higher for looks. Please reach out to us so we can contact you and send you the missing part.

A:  With the measurements provided, it is recommended that you purchase an 18? gas log set

A:  This gas log set requires your fireplace to be a vented unit

A:  Thank you for showing interest in our gas logs. Based on the opening dimensions you have identified, an 18” log set would fit. Please keep in mind that the glass doors would need to be open during operation.

A:  If the pilot light goes out, it will in fact not allow gas to go thru the valve. The pilot must be on and heat the thermopile in order to activate the valve
