A: Check to see if the weight that is used to pull down the hose is hitting something under the sink. The weight must be free of obstructions in order to pull the hose back down and retract the spray head.

A: It’s fidgety. If under sink storage obstructs the counterweight that can be the cause. There is a notch in the sprayer head that has to line up with the arm.

Q:Bought this faucet on Dec 26, 2022. Jan 28, 2023, washing dishes, all of a sudden, water would not shut off completely.?. Took the set screw out of the handle, then tightened chrome ring holding the ?ball Valve?. The water stopped but still drips??

Q:Can the faucet be rotated so the handle is on the left side? I find the right hand side mounted handle to be very inconvenient.

The flow rate is 1.8 gpm so it is considered a water saver but should still be letting out enough pressure to work properly. There may be debris caught somewhere in the faucet limiting its flow. Q:The base of the handle is dripping. There is like a black disc between the base of handle and main unit. Is that some type of washer that can be replaced? The little screw in the handle doesn?t tighten the handle to the base does it?

The handle screw tightens the handle to the cartridge stem. I do see the piece you're referring to on the parts list but it does not have a part number. A: Unscrew the nozzle head and clean out the screen filter. Careful when screwing back in your strip the threading.
