A:  Yes, the specialized internal parts come with the toilet.

A:  The flush valve that opens when flushing the toilet might a a piece of debris on the seal or the seal is warped. Check it for debris or improper seating.

A:  This is a question that only The Home Depot can answer, not a customer who purchased this item. It's really strange that The Home Depot would forward it to a customer who is in no way associated with the product availability policies of The Home Depot.

A:  I live in socal and bought it about 18 mo ago no issue it just doesn't qualify for the rebate since it's a duel flush not a low flow, maybe that's why with the drought and all.

Three things you should know about this toilet It’s low so measure current toilet to compare  Our county had rebates for low flush toilets this does not meet the requirements  The worst problem is the base goes outside of the flange bolts. There are holes to access them. They are too small  to get you hand in making it very difficult to bolt down. it took longer to tighten the nuts than it did to remove the old toilet and set the new one. We bought two and for the second one I had my niece come and tighten the nuts
