A:  I am sorry that you feel you have an issue with this post. That is the only olate designed to work with the Pacifica post. It has been tested by our engineering team as suitable to use with the Oasis Classic style and not the full size mode 5100 which is too heavy.

A:  Just installed the Oasis 6200 locking mailbox atop the the Pacific Post. It is is not as solid as expected at that contact point. Website and store should have advised to use the square post with the welded mount (also by Architectural Mailboxes).
