              Q:Machine is not dropping the ice once it is made then continuously runs water into the white bend and then water causes ice already made to drop into bend.. called customer support but no answer and numbers disconnected and no chat.. this is a new unit

                A:  Your drain line may be plugged up. Our unit was doing the same thing. Found that was the problem .
