I am having trouble getting ice cubes to break apart. I have adjusted the ice thickness way down but machine still makes a large ice chunk. Will not be able to scoop ice out of bin like I did with previous machine. I will be returning this unit to Home Depot store soon if this problem does not resolve itself.

Easy install and makes ice faster than my family can consume. Hallelujah! I built the stand that it is sitting on, but totally unnecessary.

Unit fits nice on counter top in break room, doesn't take up a lot of space, the auto shut off works great, makes ice fast.

This machine serves its purpose. It's great size and not really loud when running. We just cant seem to get the right adjustment for it to drop cubes of ice, drops a block, all the cubes froze together. We just bust them up with the scoop.

Worked for one day now it’s making a crazy noise and won’t produce ice.

Don't waste your time with this ice maker. All the mention of the E2 error code and complaints are valid. Customer service is lacking when you try to follow up with a warranty repair.

Quite working after the warranty run out. Out of freon or compressor is bad, was not used that much, would not recommend this ice maker.

Good little Ice Maker. Scoop isn’t much but good to have one.

Only 90 day warranty and unfortunately it took that long to hook up and it doesn't make ice.

Already has error code 3 saying not enough. Freon had it less than a month have to unplug and re plug to make it start back
