Questions and Answers for DANYA B 36 in. White Wall Retractable Accordion Drying Rack

A:  This item holds up to 20 lbs.

A:  I am not willing to push it to the limits but when extended I can hang six pairs of pants from it without any issue, I would guess that's about 30 pounds when wet.

A:  There are metal mounting brackets that get screwed into the wall and the fixture hangs on those brackets. I recommend finding a stud and using a drill to ensure that the unit does not fall.

A:  The wall rack has two part metal brackets, one set already mounted on the wall rack and the other pair are mounted with supplied expansion anchors and screws. The supplied anchors and screws seemed to me not up to supporting the wall rack , so I mounted a 1x4 to the wall to the studs and then mounted the metal wall brackets to the 1x4 with screws. I also had to mount a 1x4 at the bottom of the wall rack to level the installation. Note I have old lath and plaster walls, thus the need to mount to the studs.

A:  I love it! My son assembled it and hung it in no time!

A:  This rack is mounted to the wall using a couple of two piece mounting brackets. One piece is screwed into the back of the rack - into pre-drilled holes, and the second piece screws into your wall. So a level is critical, as is a screw driver or drill. I found a picture that shows how this works, the only difference is instead of one long bracket, I think you get two smaller ones.

A:  It’s attached by screwing a hanger to the wall and then sliding the unit on top of it. Very easy

A:  36 inches wide and 18 inches high.

A:  The Dimensions are : Length 36 " Width 14" and the height is 18".

A:  The back of the rack measures 18 inches high by 36 inches wide. The little shelf on top is 10 inches deep.

A:  The dimensions of this item are 18 inches high by 36 inches wide by 14 inches deep.

A:  Wall Rack is 1'`- 6" tall by 3'-0" wide, top shelf is 10" wide and the rack extends 26" out from the wall.
