It would be appropriate for minor sealing on EPDM and similar high-grade rubber materials, providing that the material is good condition (not dried, cracked, oxidized, or otherwise compromised). As indicated on the product package label and supporting product literature: "Clean up excess wet sealant with a damp sponge before it skins over. Excess dried sealant must be cut or scraped away.
