A:  I have used it for nailing 3/4” 1/4 round shoe molding no problems with that it’s made for that kind of work

A:  I finished my basement using plywood panel sheets (don't know how to dry wall). I used 18 gauge brad nails with no problems installing the panels. Also used the brad nailer for all trim including wood baseboards. The photo shows the work.

A:  You can use a brad nailer. 16 gauge nailer is over kill. Pre drill pilot holes if using screws or hammer and nails.

A:  I think it should work. Practice on a scrap piece first. You can adjust the power, if it doesn't go in far enough or to far.

A:  Yes I think it would do fine for that it will drive 2” nails all the way into a 2X 4 no problem

A:  I would not advise using the Brad nailer for the siding and trim I would use hot dipped galvanized nails. But the compressor is a great buy and the Brad nailer works great for light interior finish work.

A:  First you have to figure out what size nails you need for your fence. Then find a nail gun that will fire the right size nails. Then make sure the specs of the compressor match the nail gun. Sometimes the nail gun will list the minimum compressor requirements.

A:  I wouldn’t use nails for a fence I would buy a Dewalt 1/4” cordless driver from Home Dept and use torks head screws it will be stronger and last a lot longer

A:  I use exterior screws. You would need a framing nailer with treated nails to prevent rust.
