A:  Not sure about weight (check on the specifications on the site) but it’s light. You still need two people to maneuver around. This tub is awesome.

A:  We have been using ours for years without issue. Recently, I have gained weight and am now up to 225 lbs. When I started getting over 200 ours started developing hairline cracks along the curves at the edges in the center of the tub.

A:  If properly set in a mortar bed, weight of the person using it shouldn't be a concern.

A:  I do not know the answer to that question, but I am a 400-pound man and I shower in it every day. I don't hear it creaking or cracking yet. I have really nice tile on shower walls and all around in bathroom. We tiled the floor with the nice wood plank looking tiles and we bought nice fixtures and vanity. This was a good place to save a little and still have a great tub. Yes, I am larger than most and it has worked out well. I wish I would have bought a 36 inch wide one though. The curved curtain rod assists with my size.

A:  I don't think tile will stay on any acrylic tub, you'd have to build wood around it. A drop in tub would be better for that.

A:  Yes, you can 'tile up'. We did so without any issue and it looks fantastic. Follow included instructions and you'll be good to go.
