A:  You need to adjust the drain, if I remember right it was a threaded section on the back side of the lever

A:  UL lists and certifies electrical components and devices. This tub is not electric.

A:  This tub does not have any electrical parts nor does it need an electrical connection. To my knowledge UL is strictly concerned with electrical devices. Plumbing fixtures may have certification that they meet various NSF requirements.

A:  Hi Chevy, I believe you have to order/special order a tub in that size ! I would call or stop in and ask what they require. I'm not sure how you measured your old tub/opening, the 38" seems to be an odd size to my knowledge ! Most tubs are 30 or 36 as a standard, that I'm aware of ! Sorry I can't help any better ! Tubman
