          A:  Most of the early product reviews were for units shipped to backers of a crowdfunding campaign on kickstarter.com, who received some of the first units off the line. It is common for the first few thousand units in any hardware production run to have issues, particularly in an entirely new industry such as smart gardening. These early units are not the same units now sold at retail, however many reviewers were not aware of this. If you sort the reviews by date, you will find they improve dramatically over time. We have made numerous improvements to the device hardware in response to user feedback. We have also improved the responsiveness and usability of the iOS and Android software.
