A:  Yes, The faucet can be installed with or without the deck plate.

A:  Yes it can

A:  Yes, the deck plate is really only needed if you are covering a 3 hole mount location. The box contains parts and instructions for a single hole mounting as well.

A:  Yes it can. I didn’t use the deck plate.

A:  If you don't have extra holes to cover you can install this without the deck plate. Some people prefer the cleaner profile. As long as you have an adequate seal around the base it will stand firm and not leak water below the sink basin.

A:  Yes this can be installed without the deck plate. Our cutout was only one hole in the granite so it was very easy to do this. If you have 3 holes cut into your countertop you may want to use the deck plate to cover the other two holes, but it is not necessary.

A:  Everything is metal with the exception of the faucet head which has plastic parts

A:  I can only suggest to remove the nozzle / head where the water comes out. I believe it unscrews from the faucet. There is a filter in that nozzle head, perhaps it is plugged with debris / elements from hard water. You could see if water comes out with the nozzle removed and go from there.

A:  Unclog the screen in the sprayer or in the screen in the hose

A:  Check the batteries. Mine did the same

A:  I'm not exactly sure.ci ordered mine and it was delivered within 3 days. Installed myself works beautifully.

A:  I'm not positive but believe it is metal. It is a really nice product, very good quality. We put it in a home we refurbished and sold, so I no longer have access to it to confirm. We're planning to put one in our home this spring when we remodel our kitchen.

A:  Hello DeeVee, Thank you for your question. The sprayer head is made out of plastic.

A:  no, I don't think so, mine is a standard vinyl covered laminate about1 1/4" thick, and it went on no problem.

A:  I INSTALLED MY FAUCET ON A QUARTZ COUNTERTOP THAT IS 1&1/8 INCH THICK.

A:  About a foot, I use the pull down to fill my coffee pot that sits on the counter or to wash out the sinks clear of debris

A:  This is probably OBE but . . . Switch the hot and cold lines on the faucet to determine if the issue is with the hot water outlet in your house or the hot water line on the faucet.
